Not good with toddlers at all last Friday I went with my daughter...to get her blood work two lady were there they didn't even let me touch or help my daughter to calm down the way they take her blood work and hold her so tight it just gave her black bruises....very rude they didn't even offer her any stickers or spoke with her softly....management should look after these matter seriously...!!!

Every time I come in for me or my son we have had a wonderful experience, especially when Marisol and Anne do our blood work. They have the most gentle touch, which I love because you never feel when they’re taking blood. For me, having been a cancer patient, I have had to get blood taken a lot and can only use my right arm. Since they can only use the one arm, they take their time to ensure that they only have to prick me once, whereas other places have had to prick me multiple times. I 100% recommend this Labcorp!

Very frustrating, I had scheduled an appointment a month ago and I get there 15 minutes early & they are Temporarily closed!!! Why was a notification not sent??? I received email to be ready for my appointment but NO notice that they would be closed!!! What the heck is going on???

Outstanding service at this lab! Took my dad for blood work, and the technician was not only nice but also took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Knowing my dad is handicapped, she provided extra support, making us feel truly welcomed. The lab itself is clean, efficient, and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes, even as walk-ins. Superb experience!

The service is really terrible, they only attend to those who have an appointment, the others are not even interested and when it's your turn after waiting 1 hour, the assistant doesn't even know how to draw blood, please don't come!

I have never had a good experience here.I had an appointment at 2:30pm but was in the area around 1:45pm so I decided to stop by earlier. There was about 5 people ahead of me (some included walk ins) and they were all helped before me. I might as well have been a walk in. Phlebotomists always have attitude, no professionalism.

Would be nice if they answered the phone. Or if any labcorp answered a phone. Been trying all day to reach them all day. Left voicemails and nothing.

I don’t know if I went the wrong day but I went because there were good reviews on this labcorp. Unfortunately I was very upset with the lady with the tattoos how rude she was being. No customer service skills at all.
