I took my blood work today and the worker that provided with the service helped me calm down, gave me a method to did feel pain, and I didn’t cry like I would majorly of the time!

They took almost 2 hours to draw my blood and i had to be fasting. The technician admitted that they don’t have enough rooms for all the people.

My elderly mother was here on Friday morning as a walk-in, because the appointment system they have is not providing dates until 1-2 months out. She’s told the wait will be about 2 hours. She waits those two hours then returns and is told there will be an additional 2-3 hours in waiting period. If we do basic math that’s 4-5 hours without any food consumption for an ederly person. I can only imagine how many have to go through this and can’t express or share their concerns on Google or with anyone.
There was a diabetic lady there at the same time with the same issue. Please don’t take advantage of the elderly it is a shame that, that is how they are working. I’m unsure if it is an issue that this location has only, or if that’s how Labcorp is running it’s business now but please figure it out.
***Going through reviews, there was ANOTHER complaint made about that same day. What does that have to say about front desk, or how they handled the situation***

It was our worst experience ever brought my mother who is disabled for blood work waited from 11am till close time not only was the wait horrible the receptionist in the front desk was very rude just made things worse I do not recommend this place what's so ever.

Outstanding service at this lab! Took my dad for blood work, and the technician was not only nice but also took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Knowing my dad is handicapped, she provided extra support, making us feel truly welcomed. The lab itself is clean, efficient, and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes, even as walk-ins. Superb experience!

Rude staff. Dirty lobby. Should be moved to larger location. Unsafe room capacity. Not user friendly. Definitely need more staff.

We ended up using the labcorp inside Walgreens because the wait was a lot quicker. The Labcorp office by San Antonio Regional Hospital was a crazy busy hot mess! The people at the Walgreens Labcorp were friendly knowledgeable and knew their job! No issues taking blood and they were quick!

Best experience Ive had at a labcorp. This will be my new go-to location. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with no appointment. The receptionist Sonia was so sweet! The nurse Janet was amazing! So kind and had such a soft hand, no pain and super easy. Really great experience.

I just left this location, as a walk in patient for Blood Work.. It was super busy no chairs available- But yet I was in and out in. 45 minutes. The staff was helpful and Peter - who took my blood was very Cool and PAINLESS.... Thank You Peter .. FIVE STARS . for this LabCorp

Of course I had to leave a glowing review, I’ve never had someone get my blood so fast and painless. It was so quick, even taking 8 miles. Thank you guys for knowing what you’re doing and being so kind.

Front desk Staff and phlebotomists are always friendly and helpful. Best phlebotomists ever. So gentle and not heavy handed with needles at all
