I am updating my review of Lakeshore. As always, the people who work for a Behemoth of a business always are the businesses' most Important character trait. ANGELA in corporate office was absolutely amazing, her level of empathy and concern for my experience was unmatched. Lakeshore has a an invaluable customer service friend in Angela! I am so grateful for her kindness and will stay a Lakeshore customer after all, solely based on her responsiveness and genuine concern. I wish EVERY company had an Angela. Thanks and I'll be visiting the Carson Outlet soon?!

I placed an online afternoon at four p m, and they had my order ready within the hour. When I arrived, I learned that they offer free gift wrapping. WOW!! I will be buying all the kids' gifts here!

All the employees here were very friendly and super helpful. So many great things here to help your child learn. I will always support lakeshore learning and don't forget to sign up for text messages so you will be alerted for sales and promotions.

They put aside my order, one v of the items v was out of stock, so I was able to pay for it then & they shipped it to my house which got to me very quickly if sau no more than 3 days considering this particular store is about 70 miles away from me

Great place to stock up for your kids and Grand kids or any child in need of extra learning items and extention of knowledge. Bit pricey but better to spend on your family or future generations than waste in alcohol or other things similarly priced. Got a gift card and learning items for my Grand children. Helpful staff and friendly, lots of choices and price points . When kids are out of school or just a lil extra help this is the place. Thanks to staff. Clean place also

Very disappointed with the customer service. I finally went in to buy some things I needed. There was one sales clerk at the register. I stood in line while the clerk helped another customer. Then the clerk left the register passed by me & didn't even acknowledged me. I stood there thinking another clerk was going to come. Five minutes later no sales clerk nor acknowledgemebt. I put what I was going to buy away and walked out the front. Not returning back to this place.

This place was great! Brought my daughter here for school supplies and other educational toys I think she would like. It was so nice that they left some products out to let the kids play and see if they like it. There was plenty of employees to help you if ypu needed anything or explanation or anything. I noticed also it was super clean and organized, everything easily to find. Lots of stuff for teachers and parents to look at. I would definitely come back for all my daughters needs Thank you

This place is very expensive but they do have a great selection of toys and learning centers for kids. I found my toddler very cute sensory toys but definitely not budget friendly.

I love this store. I have not been to any other Lakeshore store but I have been coming to this one for about 5 years and counting. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and The store is always clean and tidy. Whenever I need some employee help they always are ready and knowledgeable. I have not had 1 bad experience here. It is so nice that they are always trying their best to help me as a teacher. It makes such a difference!
