“‘The Dirty Hamper’ is a great laundry service! We have used them 4 or 5 times already. They run a professional and reliable operation from start to finish. Their website is professionally done, the registration process is easy to follow and secure, and they communicate by both email and text. Many small businesses barely have a website, and we have all been frustrated by them. But not The Dirty Hamper, they are much more professional than that. Their pricing is transparent and reasonable given what they do. Once you setup on order on their site, you get confirmation, and then the next day they text you when they are on their way to your house to do the pickup, and they also text you after it is picked up. 2 days later, they email you a nice receipt for the work, and text you when they are on their way to return your laundry, and they also text you once drop off is complete. The laundry comes back clean, smelling clean, and nicely folded in clear plastic bags. Ready to put it away. Very professional from start to finish. A standout! They provide a very helpful service for people who maybe got really behind on their laundry, need a break from it or can’t do it for whatever reason, or maybe someone who’s machine at home is broken. Whatever your situation is, I totally recommend them!”

“I needed to get three suit jackets dry cleaned for a conference this weekend, but didn't know where to go. I asked my family if they had any recommendations and they suggested USA cleaners and have been going here for years. It's a little out of my way but figured I'd give it a shot. When I arrived I was nicely greeted by Steve! I let him know I needed them by Friday and he said they only needed until Wednesday. I got a text Wednesday to pick them up around noon and when I got there he remembered my name and had everything ready to go! Prices were great and Steve made the experience positive and easy.
