Always so kind and helpful. They work fast and keep the line moving when it's busy. I've been coming here for a few years now, and I honestly can't recommend this place more for your nutritional needs. The food is always freshly prepared and they always have so many options.

I order breakfast, 2 scoops of egg whites, 2 oz. Of steak and a scoop of vegetables foe around 10 bucks. Can't beat this.

Amazing place for meal prep! I order everything ala cart and by the pound. My favs are Carbless pizza and their tritip steakhouse. glad I found this place. Never have to worry about meal preppin ever as long as this place is around. Customer for life ? ?

First and foremost to kill some of the other comments nonsense. I walked in and immediately was greeted. The staff took interest and realized that it was my first time in the store. Asked me questions and they explained the store and how it works. I have honestly never been to this store but was amazed that it is focused on meal prep. The staff was very helpful and engaging. Now for the food it's stupendous enough said if you're nearby and you're looking for a healthy meal most definitely come to this place. I'm going to be honest. I accidentally stumbled in to the shop needing a healthy meal and was going to go to Nekter and realize this place. My only complaint is a request. I need this to be closer to Redlands, CA ???

I gave Lytebite another chance. I thought this time the person who served me would not put a tsp of Spinach. So... my husband & I went there thinking it'd be a better day. Nope. The person who served us put only a tsp of Spinach. It was like eating meat & rice only! I am soo disappointed again! I enjoy the food, but I don't understand why whomever served us would only put a tsp of Spinach! I'll see if we'll return.

Summer is here fellow foodies! And if you're like me and always battling to keep fit but still splurging on and off the go! Then this meal prep shop is for you Fo Sure! Not only do they offer meal preps but other goodies like protein shakes, healthy snacks and bars just to name a few. One quick note, their protein of choice to use is Bucked Up so you know it's legit. So onto what I ordered and what I've stuck to so far. I'm a sort of a carnivore so I usually get their fajitas dish that comes with grilled chicken, steakhouse tri tip and brown rice. I also skip the beans and go with the sweet potatoes. With this signature dish you can mix match sides to create your perfect meal. Perfect for a pre or post workout meal or just something to get if you're on your way to an adventure off the 210 like Mt. Baldy or Big Bear for a little snowboarding or zip lining. Anywho, this place will have your back before you get Hangry! And that's my take, Peace...

Are you kidding me?!!! Who knew there was a place that would prep your meals for you?!Found this place by accident ( cruelly located next door to a cookie store), after I'd been struggling for 2 weeks trying to adhere to the GOLO plan, which has been very effective, but the meal prep is stressing me out! This is perfect!You can go in and pick out your meals, order online and pick up or have it delivered. What's not to love???Everything is measured or weighed, cooked on site, and looks so fresh and healthy. So many choices! And then there's sauces and seasonings to choose from. If you're struggling to stick to a balanced, healthy food style because it's so labor intensive to plan, shop, cook, and cleanup, you've got to try this place. And did I mention the food is yummy?!

Food is good but some of there staff lacks tact. employees didn’t seem interested or engaging. Felt she was rushing us out without asking if we wanted to add anything extra.
