Kevin did such an amazing job with helping us purchase a mattress and foundation. He made the process so easy, we were in and out within an hour. He did not make us feel pressured at all and kept our best interests top priority the entire time. I highly recommend you ask for Kevin if you come in!

First time buying a mattress and we had the best experience! As soon as we walked in Clarence greeted us with a smile and he was so helpful and informative throughout the entire selection process without us feeling pressured at all. I had a great first experience at Mattress Firm. Clarence the Sleep Expert was outstanding. I pretty much knew what I wanted but needed someone to show me some options. Clarence did just that. The whole in-store shopping experience was fast and easy. I did end up having to make a return when the height of the mattress I purchased was lower than I expected. I called Clarence again and he very graciously helped me through the return process and ensured I got exactly what I wanted. I’m very pleased with how everything turned out and I am happy with my mattress. Thank you Clarence and thank you Mattress Firm.

We visited about six weeks ago but didn’t buy a mattress. Our customer service representative was Clarence. He was so friendly and very informative. So today, I went back in again, gave Clarence my budget. He found something that worked for us. Easy peasy. Our new mattress is getting delivered tomorrow. Can’t wait! ♥️. Have purchased mattresses from this location twice. The manager, Kevin, is friendly, knowledge and not pushy. Ended up buying what was best for me, not what was most expensive.Have had great experiences each time here, and at another local Mattress firm.Their promotional offers are solid, too.

We are so happy with our experience! We were greeted by Kevin, who walked us throughout the whole store showing us all the options for our particular needs. He was so friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and funny! Who knew mattress shopping could be so much fun!
