I came here for a TSA Precheck appointment and the two people in the office this morning worked efficiently and were very pleasant. I had an appointment and was waited on right on time. The whole process took 10 minutes. So glad to have this service available locally.

Came in to do TSA pre check. The entire process was very smooth. We came in 30 min early for our appointment and we were seen right away. The girl that helped us was very knowledgeable of the entire process. From beginning to end was about 10 min.

Just came here for a quick appointment for my tsa pre-check services. Was in and out of here in 8 minutes! The workers here were very friendly, totally professional, and the main lady that helped me explained all processes to make it easy! I just came in for this service only and was not asked about anything else. The office was really nice and I say for a $78 price for 5 years is a really good deal. It's the fixed value set by the government, but anything to get through airport lines faster and easier. Definitely recommend!!!

I decided to come to this location after reading some of their reviews of how quick the service time was. I was extremely pressed on time and after seeing some of the reviews, this was an easy choice for me to make. Upon arrival, there was no staff working the front desk and the lobby was completely filled with other customers waiting. After being checked-in at the front desk, I was informed that there was an issue with their computer and that it would take 10 minutes to be resolved. At this point, I found myself sitting in their lobby for 30 minutes after the start time of my prescheduled appointment. I am certain that there are other more favorable experiences here but my personally for my first time visiting this business, it just did not sit right with me. If you are on a time-crunch and happen to schedule an appointment ahead of time, I would recommend giving them a call to ensure that this does not happen during your visit.

Brought documents for TSA pre-check. Was told one of my certified copies was not actually legitimate. It was exactly the document I was sent from the county, but I had to go all the way home again to get some thing alternative because the staff member didn’t know what a County certified copy looks like.

I had to come to Mountain Insurance Services to get my fingerprints done. They are located at the shopping center, where the Home Depot and Hobby Lobby is on Mountain Ave in Upland. Just a heads up: it is HIGHLY recommended that you make an appointment before you show up. I made an appointment prior by calling to get the service I needed. They will take walk ins, but the people who made appointments prior will get top priority, depending if they are not busy. When I arrived, I was acknowledged by the friendly staff. When I had to check in, I was assisted by Karla. She was really nice, very helpful and was able to answer my questions. I waited about 5 'minutes and I was able to proceed with the fingerprints. My overall experience was great and Karla truly provided great customer service. On my personal opinion, I would come back to Mountain Insurance Services again to get my documents prepared, when I'm in the Upland area.

Tried to get my fingerprints taken for work, but they turned me away on THREE separate occasions with a different weak excuse each time. Experiencing this plus seeing 10 unhappy faces crammed in the waiting room, I can't imagine how difficult it would be to get your taxes done here. Avoid at all costs.

If there is a way to get a person on the phone at this business I haven't found it. But I have found that they don't value customers by the fact that there is no way to get a person on the phone!!!

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for TSA Pre Check and as I’m pulling up someone is posting a notice on the door that says I’d need to call the company and reschedule. If you can’t keep your appointments… you don’t deserve to be in business. Making it worse, an email came through on my phone 10 min later saying they cancelled the appointment.

Worst place for TSA appointments!Husband went in October for our December trip. They took the prints and picture and charged $85. In the confirmation email, it stated it might take up to 60 days. When December came, my husband finally called TSA to check on the status and was then told none of the information went through other than the payment. They rescheduled my husband for another appointment at the same damn location and told us that my husband didn’t have to pay again.Today my husband went for the appointment, same thing, prints and picture. Then the center tried to charge my husband $7. My husband tried to pay but payment wouldn’t go through. So finally my husband had enough and left.After calling TSA customer support, they said their price was lowered between October and December. So the $7 wasn’t a charge to my husband, it was actually a refund owed to my husband. However, the system once again did not submit any prints or photos of my husband. Another trip wasted. And my husband will not have TSA precheck ready for the trip.I had my TSA appointment done at the Rancho Cucamonga location. I got my KTN within two days. My husband went to upland location twice, and twice nothing was accomplished, not to the fault of my husband.If you are looking for a place for TSA pre Check appointment, DO NOT pick Upland. My husband will never choose this location again. They are quick to process payments and get zero results.

The people here are in some serious need of customer service training. They are so rude and unhelpful. They don't want your service and treat you like you're a burden to them.
