Was very quick to answer the phone, answered my questions over the phone, dealt with me in person when I showed up quickly, and dealt with my problem same day! Amazing service!!! I brought my son's laptop for repair. The owner was so patient to explain things to my son so it was a great learning experience for all of us. The laptop was like new again.
