We have been bringing our dogs here for a while now. The initial problem arose when they refused to accommodate one of our dogs because she is handicapped. Though I did not agree, I accepted it. The most recent incident involved them calling us from a veterinary office because they accidentally injured my dog. Today, once again they cut my dog, the same issue occurred but no call this time, and I cannot comprehend their carelessness. Do you really think Petsmart cares about animals? I have no intention of returning to this place again.

PetSmart has always been one of the places I've always truly enjoyed shopping at. The staff is super knowledgeable, very kind and polite. Always willing to help you with your pet

I've been bringing my dog to PetsMart for grooming for years!! I normally go to the Goendora location, but they were fully booked. Now I know why the Upland location had a wide open schedule. I dropped my dog off today at 8:50am for a 9:00am groom appointment. Upon checking in the girl at the front had a horrible attitude. I decided to let it go, maybe she was having a bad morning. I go about my day. At noon, I get a phone call stating that it would need to be a little longer, as he wasn't a fan of the dryer. This is not unusual, as I've been told this before. At 12:30 I decide to go in and grab him, as he's probably just a little damp. Upon walking in to pay and grab him, she looks stunned that I'm there. I dropped him off over 3 and a half hours prior. I needed to pick up my son from school and planned accordingly. My dog has never taken longer than 3 hours, ever! Even with other groomers and mainly air drying. She looked at the clock and said ummm ok, as she's working on another dog, "I can clean his ears but he hasn't been brushed". Excuse me? Hasn't been brushed? It's now been over 3 and a half hours since I dropped him off. I said I'll pay and be right back to grab him, I don't have any time. I pay almost $42! For what a bath?! I could've done the same at home for free. The more I thought about it, the more upset I became. So upon checking out, I ask to speak to a manager. Well lo and behold, she was not of my assistance either unfortunately. She stayed grooms could take up to four hours. Okay, I understand that, but my dog doesn't get any haircut, no nails trimmed. It's a bath and brush! She went in and spoke to the groomer, and came out an apologized and said she had 2 other dogs before my dog that were taking longer than usual. 2 other dogs? Our appt was at 9am. I'm pretty sure the first appointment time is 8am. So how could there be 2 dogs ahead of mine? And then proceeded to make it sound like my dog was being very difficult and was acting like he wanted to leave the whole time. This has NEVER been reported to me ever in the years he's been getting groomed. He loves getting pampered and the groomers usually comment on what a sweetie he is. I'm a firm believer in dogs picking up on energy and my first impression of her at drop off was all I needed to know. She didn't want to be there and probably doesn't enjoy her job. I really hope that's not the case, but body language speaks volumes. In any case, I will be sticking to the Glendora location from now on. I know they love my dog there!

Came into the store. And got what I was looking for. Tried to do an online order for pickup. But for some reason it wasn't going through. But other than that everything was wonderful.

Beware, this Pet Dumb charges you for things you do not want. The vet service charges you even though you say you do not want the services, and then when you complain they tell you you signed for the service. If you don't sign you do no get service. Do not sign until they explain every detail of the service. Do not let them trick you!
