From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a clean, well-organized store and a team of friendly, upbeat staff who genuinely want to help. There’s a good vibe in the building—you’ll even notice the music playing, which creates a more relaxed and inviting atmosphere compared to most shipping centers.
One of the things that stood out to me was how attentive the staff were. Even after I had already been helped, another team member still approached me just to make sure I had everything I needed. That level of customer care is rare these days. They aren’t just doing their job—they’re going the extra mile to make sure every person walking in gets full service and walks out satisfied.
Another impressive detail was watching one of the employees go through the shelves to check if any products were expired. It showed a level of quality control and care for the customer experience that you don’t always expect at a shipping store. They clearly take pride in their store and care about the little things.
If you’re printing something, I highly recommend using [email protected]. One helpful tip I learned is to make sure you use your actual email (like Gmail or Yahoo) instead of an iCloud address. iCloud seems to take longer, and I found that out the hard way. But once I used the correct email, the process was smooth and fast. You just send your documents to that email, get a code, and you can walk right in and print without needing a computer.

Whether you’re shipping a package or printing documents, they make the whole process seamless and easy. I would definitely recommend anyone in the area use this location.
