Desiree at Public Storage is an absolute gem! She's consistently nice, sweet, and so funny. It's clear she's a hard worker with a fantastic personality. Whenever I've needed help, she's been right there, making the process easy and pleasant. What I especially appreciate is that she always acknowledges me when I come in. She makes me feel like a valued customer every time. Desiree is truly a great asset to the team!

Just visited public storage was serviced by Desiree. Desiree was very polite, patient, knowledgeable, and very kind. Went above and beyond which was awesome for a first time customer. She really set the bar for competitors.

Great service however one disappointment; the large storage unit does not have lights!
You have to provide your own lighting for a pitch dark unit!

Just wanted to say how amazing and very friendly Desiree was. She was very professional but with a kindly attitude. She goes out of her way to help you out and I recommend anybody who looking to renting a storage here to do it. You won’t have any problems with the employee and the storages are very clean and well kept up. 100% would gladly come here again.
