Are the management observing the way of service they are giving nobody is there to help in front desk they are just gossiping and giggling and giving time to online appointments patients first not the walk in patients....and we need to help them to get check in....are the quest management paying us....!!!

Prompt and courteous phlebotomist. She was very professional and had a very light hand. Did not leave a bruise . I would say she’s a professional. This is my favorite quest to visit since I must do labs every 3 months . Everyone is kind and it’s always very clean .

This was the easiest visit at Quest, checked my dad in as soon as we arrive via cell phone, walked in at 3:23, sat down for 1 minute before my dad was called back for his 3:30 appt. We were driving away at 3:38 pm.. AMAZING!!!

I have visited a couple of Quest diagnostics, and this one is for the best they were friendly courteously. They greeted you with a smile. They explained everything they’re the best.

There’s a reason reviews are so low, recently went in, and got a lot of: “I don’t know”, “check the website”. There’s no sense of customer service here.
