I have ordered curbside delivery and delivery for several months. The last and final time I ordered curbside delivery, I was called an hour before pickup and was told the system was down and they would let me know as soon as it was up to process my purchase. The groceries were waiting. I waited 3 Hours for a call back and finally called them. I was told that the only way I could get groceries was if I redid the order online. I cancelled the order because I needed the groceries. I went to another grocery store. A few days later, I find my credit card purchase was billed to my account. I had cancelled the order. I am still waiting for resolution. No one cared. I called corporate and they sent the complaint to the manager at Vons. I have not heard from him/her at all. They have lost a customer.
