I brought my road bike into Roy's last minute, and they went above and beyond to help me out. The team was super friendly, quick to troubleshoot, and even fixed the issue right on the spot. They really know their stuff and have an awesome inventory of anything you could need for biking. Great experience all around 10/10

Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. I came in because I thought my screw on my seat was stripped, and the employee named Diego helped me and was very kind. I would come back again! 5 stars!!!

Super friendly staff and amazing inventory! They sell parts for high-end bikes and cheaper department store bikes like the one I have, I’ve been able to keep my bike up and running for thousands of miles thanks to the staff here. Also have racks outside to lock up your bike while inside.
