Took my puppy here for the first time and absolutely loved it. I called to get a last minute appointment for self wash and Tony was so kind and helpful. Once I arrived the experience and customer service kept getting better. Overall a 10/10 and highly recommend

Best self serve dog wash place I've been to! Initially when I called I spoke to someone who was able to answer all of my questions and was able to schedule an appointment same day. When I arrived I was quickly greeted and was provided with direction on how to bathe my dog from start to finish. Staff checked in periodically to make sure everything was going well. Pricing is great. I will definitely be coming back. Couldn't be more satisfied with Scrubby Puppy and its staff!

First time here and I wish I would have started coming here along time ago. Giving my 55 lb German Shepherd mix was an awesome experience here. This was do to the helpful and knowledgeable staff. My dog and I will be back.

This place is really great. I'm happy I found it. Very friendly and informative staff. They even helped me lift my 100lb dog into the tub. I'm definitely coming back soon.

Today was my first time using the self- wash service at Scrubby Puppy! Mug couldn't have had a better time ! I love the fact that everyone in the staff is so friendly and helpful with their advice. Thank you for a great experience and great price. I will be returning and recommending to others :)

Staff is kind and helpful and the supplies are good quality. They obviously love dogs at this place. This is a great option if you want to avoid the mess of bathing your dog at home.

I don't typically take the time to leave reviews... but this review is definitely well deserved. I have a 115lb long haired shepherd and I have struggled to find a grooming salon that can accommodate her "high maintenance." I have bounced around to different groomers and was disappointed every time. Scrubby puppy has become my official go to salon for my girl. The owner Tony is always so warm and welcoming and so accommodating, as well as being so knowledgeable about dogs AND the proper grooming. All of the staff there is so helpful, and so kind. The atmosphere is just very positive! Which is a definite must when you're trying to keep fur babies cooperative at bath time! Additionally, the salon is very clean, organized and professional. Thanks Scrubby for keeping my girl happy and clean!

A friend uses this place and recommended it. It's been to cold out wash him outside and he has too much hair to do it in our bath, not to mention its a killer on your back. I wasn't too sure how my German Shepard would do with a stranger. So, I used their self wash area. It worked really good everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend using their facility and we'll probably just use it every time he needs a bath from now on.
