The shoes are pretty just ok for me. The sales department is hit and miss. Some people are super friendly and others are just meh and not super helpful. The prices are typical. I don't buy most shoes here, only the ones that I am specifically looking for. I shall wait until they go on sale too.

This place is great. It is clean, located in a large parking lot with lots of parking, and always has some reasonable deals for food and some clothes. Shout out to Keylijah who showed excellent customer service: asking questions, checking on us, and called another Shoe Palace to hold shoes we were looking for.
