Stater Bros. Markets is a grocery store with many locations in Southern California. Customers shop there all the time and note that the prices are often better than other chains, helping them save money. The store offers a great selection and quality, especially in the meat department, and the produce is kept fresh with a good variety. The staff and workers are consistently described as friendly, helpful, polite, and providing top-notch customer service. They are quick to serve and keep lines short. While some note the interior could use a refresh or mention raised prices, the overall atmosphere is easy to navigate and the products and excellent staff more than make up for it. Many customers recommend it.

Wow….experienced the best customer service in a long time. Holland, the manager of the meat department, was pleasant, efficient and most of all knowledgeable. I experienced the trifecta of excellent customer service. Thank you Holland, I suspect this comes naturally for you!
