Tmobile screwed me, well this location in particular. Don't fall for their sales pitches and lies... long story short, salesperson convinced me to switch from Verizon, on three lines, which I fully regret now. I was supposed to get $1800 back for switching, salesperson screwed me by porting all my numbers before retrieving the information needed to get the reimbursement. "Oh no don't worry, we will take care of it and make sure you get your full reimbursement." - scammer salesperson. I switched 3 months ago and to this day I'm fighting for my money. Tmobile corporate was able to help with $1200 of the reimbursement after almost being denied several times, the rest of the reimbursement, corporate said I'd need to have the store handle the rest. 40 phone calls later and 20 some hours of fighting with both Tmobile and Verizon, I negotiated with the store and they said $200 is the best they can do even though they are the ones that screwed up. I figured being short $400 is better than getting nothing. The $200 negotiation was 3 weeks ago and NOTHING. Time to call corporate again..... sigh. By the way, if their sales people ask you to switch, try their home WiFi, and even go as far as asking you to purchase an accessory but return it later so they can get their full commission, don't do it. I should have walked away after the salesperson asked me to do him a favor so he can get credit..... my fault for going along with it but it's proof how shady this place is.....

Lazy lazy lazy. Workers that don’t want to work. Walked in around 7:33pm tonight December 28. Two workers at this time man and a woman. I asked if Tom was there they said he had already left then they started debating who should help me. “You wanna help her” “ ahhh i can do it” “you don’t look like you want to” etc…. I just turned around and left. It seems the only one that would of helped me and the only one actually working had left already and the co-workers don’t like working. Need to hire more Tom’s at this location and fire the ones not pulling their weight.

Look at their 1 star reviews, many of them experienced the same thing of being lied to and tricked. Come at your own risk, either go to a different location or an entirely different carrier like I did. They will lie to you and arrange things in your phone plan to make the sale and you will waste much of your time and to fix whatever they did and not likely succeed. I was told that the apple watch is on promo for free if I go with a monthly service plan of $10/mo so I looked into my billing a couple days later only to find I'm being billed $15/mo for the service and I was paying monthly installments for the watch that was supposed to be free. I contacted the person who sold me the watch and that person assured me that it is free and to wait for the billing cycle to change, I did and nothing changed. I tried to return the unopened watch and to find out I cannot because it passed the 14 day return policy so I'm thinking it was part of their strategy to tell you to wait till the billing cycle so you wouldn't be able to return and get stuck with something you didn't agree to. The service here is good but if you have a simple question, support or doing a return, you have to wait forever for a simple transaction. They should have a general cashier just to handle returns. Waited 15 minutes the other day and left as I couldn’t wait any longer… returned a few days later and have been here 10 minutes and not sure how soon I can make this return.

So far our experience with T-Mobile has been beyond horrible. At another store, an employee opened a fraudulent account in my wife's name and one in mine.He is being prosecuted for felony fraud by the US Department of Justice. We received a Victims' Advocate statement from the DOJ.We are seniors and this has been a nightmare!This was another example of this being a company with very low standards for customer service, as the person was not at all helpful.T-Mobile is a customer service hell.

Walked in to get help transferring apps and data from my old phone to the new phone. The first guy who helped me didn't take time to understand my reservations or concerns. He just barreled through the process without consulting me. I expressed my frustration and he just disconnected everything and said he was going to get someone else to help me and walked away. Trust me, that experience was enough to make me put a 1 star on this review. But the manager did his due diligence to try and understand and make me happy. He listened to my concerns about the previous rep as well as my phone. He took the time to explain the processes and give his opinion about the different products I was working with. He was helpful.

Rebecca and the whole staff at this location are always friendly and courteous I get in and get taken care of immediately, I only go to this location even though the one on summit in Fontana is closer (awful service), this location shows better customer service !

Amazing experience ! I stopped by to ask for help with adding a new line for a family member. As soon as we walked through the door, Joe immediately greeted us with a warm welcome and ready to see how he could assist us. We explained our request. Joe provided quick and clear instructions. Within 3 minutes, he got the phone line set up and ready to go. Staff are friendly and the store projects a comfortable feel. Very satisfied. Great job and keep up the good work.

We went to the Colonies store after my daughters Iphone was stolen. The police told us to get help from our carrier. We explained how the phone was stolen and we needed to have phone cleared or blocked . Whatever could be done to prevent thieves getting info. The guy said you have to do that. My daughter told him, I can't I don't have my phone. He said, "then the information will stay there." He stood there and said nothing else. We got No help from this guy. About 4 other employees stood starring at us. None of them offered assistance or information. Horrible customer service. You go there with hopes of getting guidance. He basically said cant do anything for you. Never offered a new phone No suggestions. When we got home we called customer care. They shut down the phone and cleared the phone just like what we had asked for at the store. They said of course it can be done. Dont go there when you really need serious help. Employees can't help you.

Rabie, was great when I walked in to replace the screen protector on my Phone though insurance. My wife had wanted to purchase a phone but was reluctant due to the pricing of new phones and down. Rabie worked out an amazing deal for her and she walked away with the phone she had been wanting at almost no cost. I appreciate all his help and patience best customer service I've received in recent past anywhere.

This store is a great additional to the Upland community.This place is amazing the employees are all so helpful and knowledgeable. Such a great group of people here and I always have a great experience here. I am thankful for the interaction I get here every-time, because of the time they are willing to take with me to alway get all my questions answered and issues resolved, I strongly recommend this location and their bus

Came into this store a few days ago was helped out by a very, nice, and knowledgeable young lady by the name of Miranda. She was so helpful she walked me through my phone, she made the set up a breeze which I initially was worried about everything from my own phone being transferred on over. And to top it off she made my stay there comfortable and quick which are my faves. Thanks again Miranda you were so awesome.
