I have been going with my husband the past few weeks and I am loving it!! Everyone is super friendly and there is no pressure to over do it. I can go at my own pace during class and everyone is supportive.

Loving the prenatal classes! I’ve been going since around 22 weeks and will be going until about 38 weeks. Avalon’s the best, she’s a great instructor and very knowledgeable. It’s nice to just take some time with yourself, your baby and some really good and helpful yoga.

10/10 for prenatal yoga with Avalon. I joined late (37 weeks) but I found the breath work and stretches to be very helpful. She also described how contractions feel when they come up and go down. I hadn’t thought about looking that up yet either so that was helpful.
