The service here is great! I did an online pickup order and showed up early before it was ready. The staff was more than accommodating in grabbing my order and making it the first priority, despite not being ready. Thank you Devin! Give this dude a raise ??

Hi!! I usually love Tilly's on Monday I walked in the to girls had there backs to me so they didn't even see me. When I asked for help they gave me the rudest look still didn't greet me with a word VIVIAN helped me get a pair of sunglasses out of the case to purchase but didn't say a thing the whole time she was very RUDE and so slow. I won't be going to this Tilly's in Upland for awhile.

I came to get a certain shoe size they had one pair but the other was missing they did try and search for it but realized it was probably a return. Somewhere out there is someone with two pairs of right shoes that they sold that way along with my time wasted by coming in here today.

Customer Service at this store is only good if you’re purchasing. Forget about it if you have a return or a rewards points issue. My app showed I had an $18 reward yet the cashier told me I only had $3. When I asked her about her reply was “I didn’t even know we had an app” her answer in other words I don’t know. Thankful we have a Tillys when we’re in a pinch for an outfit or gift but god forbid we have an issue.

First time visiting this store and I felt like I was treated like a queen! The service here was above and beyond. I bought an entire outfit including shoes for $53 which I think it fantastic. Thank you for your help with the selection.?

1 Star is being nice... I went with my mom and sister, we weren't even greeted at the door because the two female employees at the register were chit-chatting. I can't shop there for anything since I'm pregnant, however I saw a watch that my husband would love. The supervisor saw me there and I lingered and looked over to her for help but she never asked if I needed help or anything. I walked away but then thought I'd at least like to know the kind of watch it was so I could find it elsewhere for him, so I went specifically to the register, waited while they finished their conversation and then asked to get a price for it. As we approached the case I pointed to the watch when she then stated "it is one of our more expensive watches" I responded with "Ok, id still like to know the price, I'm trying to find a watch for my husband for his birthday, money isn't an object" she looked at me as if it was (I wasn't dressed super nice, I'm a mom to 2 children with my 3rd on the way, I was dressed comfortably). Whatever, I'm not buying it from them now but I needed the name, got that and continued walking around with my mom and sister which price wasn't an object to them either but no one offered to help them with anything, let alone open a dressing room. When (finally) finished we went to pay and I had a coupon, they scanned it and it said it had been used, again, I can't shop there as nothing fits me so I don't even bother to go in. The supervisor Jordyn told the girl that was ringing us up that I had to have used it.... nope! So she comes over and asks to see my coupon and I gladly show her. It is one from my email and she still tells me that I had to have used it... girl come on! Whatever. She then walks away and says I'm sorry there's nothing I can do.... so here I am telling all you yelpers that Upland tillys is not the place to shop. They are not helpful and their customer service is terrible. They will not get my business ever again and I will turn everyone I know away from them to avoid their prices and disrespectful employees.
