“I am updating my review of Lakeshore. As always, the people who work for a Behemoth of a business always are the businesses' most Important character trait. ANGELA in corporate office was absolutely amazing, her level of empathy and concern for my experience was unmatched. Lakeshore has a an invaluable customer service friend in Angela! I am so grateful for her kindness and will stay a Lakeshore customer after all, solely based on her responsiveness and genuine concern. I wish EVERY company had an Angela. Thanks and I'll be visiting the Carson Outlet soon?!”

“I ordered my toy online, and I really liked what I received. It took a little longer than usual because I ordered it through an external platform, but I was pleased with what I got, actually it exceeded my expectations. Thank you!”

“I don’t go in often but have been shopping at Gameology since their Montclair location. Staff seems friendly enough and the place is always packed with people playing, so it’s a great community. They have a unique selection of games but I think they cater more to the card gamers , which is fine. I pop in a few times a year and always find something interesting to buy.”
