I absolutely love this Ulta! Not only is everyone kind, helpful, and welcoming, but Bre (Benefit’s Brow Expert) is PHENOMENAL! She has been my go-to brow artist—lamination, waxing, trimming, etc— and I always leave her chair feeling much more confident and beautiful. Thank you Bre!!

Omg so ruled and liars I return something they said it was on my email or phone number I let gob2 times next time I saved the receipt and gave it to them there liars they say nothing on your email receipt or phone number there so ruled to worst customer service…

I got my hair done by Maha. she was absolutely amazing, so comforting and welcome even when I didn’t look my best. when I came to the store Immediately she looked at me and said I’m so excited to be having you as my client! I love that about her because I have dealt with a lots of hairstylist in the past who were really rude only just did my hair for money and that’s it. But Maha really sure that she cared about me and my hair and how I really looked I loved This experience and I will be coming back for sure! Thank you so much Maha!

This is my home store, I live just a few blocks away and I’ve always had such a great experience but today was different. It’s a rainy day, my friend and I went in looking for a new lippie and my friend felt extremely profiled. We weren’t looking our best coming from working out, in sweats etc.
they never offered helped, never once acknowledged us but gave us ugly stares and kept watching us.
Our whole experience was extremely uncomfortable from entering the store and during checkout. All the girls were not welcoming or showed their customer service, please don’t judge or profile your customers. I am so disappointed to have been treated this way. We still purchased what we went to look for, sadly. Looking back I should’ve not bought anything. We will not be going back, I’ll just go across the street to Sephora where I always feel welcomed even when I’m not looking my best.

My stylist, Carmelita, took my hair from an 'oh no' to an 'oh yes!' I am beyond pleased with the transformation and the life she brought back to my hair. Her talent and attention to detail are amazing—I highly recommend her!
P.S.- the brown was my hair before she transformed it into blue/black!
