I wanted to sent a document to Mexico as fast as possible, the lady told me I was going to be 140 dollars?. Instead I went to DHL in Ontario CA and I end up paying 50 dollars for the same service.

I stood there for 15 minutes.. first 5 no one greeted me nor instructed me where the line had started. (Empty store except one patron already at the counter). In fact, a fellow patron had to lead me. The employees said NOTHING. He was on the computer talking to another guest but after I just assumed he had something to do on the computer. No. He then told me to “wait by the mailboxes,” for what I needed, (a live scan) so I waited there 10 minutes for the notary woman, or who I at least thought was the right employee) to get done with a guest she had. I had noticed they greeted other guests, and instructed them where to go. Once she was done, she completely ignores me (walks to computer, dilly dailies, etc.) at this point I have to approach her just to be told she’s not the person and that the one I needed is on break. I called 40-30 minutes in advance. Very cold and shallow employees and horrible experience. How do they not know who is who and what their jobs are??

This store is the worse, I was literally lied to by employee about them postmarking my mail to go out! I sent legal documents and I explain to the girl that if you can’t do that I’ll go to the post office and she said yes you could pay for postage and then will put it on that was postmarked 12/17 she asked me if I wanted to pay extra for you UPS tracking, I said it doesn’t need to go UPS tracking I said I just want it postmarked can you do that and she said yes so I told her OK well after I paid, I said I’m waiting and she says oh well we’re busy I will do it now I’m being told since my attorney didn’t receive them by the postmark I’m being told by some young man tonight who is very rude and hung up on me telling me it’s my fault because I didn’t pay to have UPS tracking. I told him I didn’t need to have UPS tracking. I just need to postmark to be marked 12/19 now he’s telling me. Well they don’t put the post mark on the mail that comes when he picks up the mail so you know someone is going to be held accountable at this location and I paid by my debit card so I’m sure you’ll have my record someone needs to get in touch with me ASAP.

My first time coming to this store to ship back an item that I purchased from Amazon. I am beyond impressed with the service at this UPS store! Despite a bustling crowd of customers, their efficiency is unmatched. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and prompt assistance. The employees were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that everyone's needs were met in a timely manner. I was astonished to have my shipment processed and completed within a mere minute - talk about lightning-fast service! This level of efficiency paired with exceptional customer care is truly commendable. Kudos to the UPS store team for setting the bar high for excellence in service. I will be back for sure.

This is the worst store I have ever dealt with. The lady hung up on me when I asked if I could pay for a prepaid envelope at their "shipping store." She said "no" because their store would be "billed." However, I am the one paying for it. She was rude. Can't wait for robots to take over these bitter unhelpful employees. Better customer service coming soon. And as an update, the company that actually is in the business of "shipping," FedEx dow the street just confirmed they could help me. Shows how incompetent these employees were at this UPS.

Terrible equipment for scanning docs. I had to ask for help. The employee scanned the doc. The copy sent to my email was cut off. Charged $3.99 for one scanned page and it's no good. Should have gone to Fed Ex on Mountain. Equipment is good, easy to self serve and only $.46 per scanned page.

I came all the way over here for a Livescan and they don't open till 9:30 for it. Apparently they need two coworkers to do it. Why is that not on the website? Save people some time and at least be apologetic.

I love this UPS location. Have had my biz box here for about 8 years or so. I've moved to Nevada and have my mail forwarded to my Nevada address as needed. Arlene and the rest of the staff are always so helpful and friendly!

I called this location to confirm my package is there, so I can go pick it up. Sharon has no knowledge where my package is even though she signed for it. So early in the day and she already sounds extremely disturbed at the world, she has no customer service at all. This place is extremely unprofessional and my package better be located. I wish I can provide negative stars because this place deserves it.
