THEY DON'T REFUND
Expect to lose any money you are spending here, because apparently UPS stores are managed by different owners with different rules, even tho we are in a state that protects the customer. California got laws to protect the refunds policies and this store feels above the laws and the people. I bought an item from this store, I returned the same day with my item intact and with my receipt, I asked for a Refund and the totally denied it, like I can be affording wasting my money in a state like California. DONT SUPPORT THIS STORE... JUST DONT HO THERE

The UPS site allows you to send items to be printed at this location. However, be aware once you arrive to the location. They will let you know that they don't actually have access to the website where you uploaded and paid for your prints. I would recommend not sending anything you need printed to this location. Maybe try the location on Euclid instead or the fedex across the street. The associate asked me to email the items needed to be printed which was a nice gesture however she had to spend time scaling them to size which was already done when they were uploaded to the website. A very long line formed behind me while she was attempting to size them to scale so that they fit the paper size only to let me know that she was unable to size them and that I needed to come back tomorrow for a refund. I'd stay clear of this location. The other reviews also speak for themselves.

Horrible UPS store location. The poor ratings this store has received speaks for itself.
The guy working on Saturday afternoon is nothing more than a miserable, lazy, bum. He's slow, rude, and just seems to hate life. A line of 5-6 people formed as this lazy guy spoke rudely to customers. Looking at the line, he shook his face in disgust and mumbled to himself, "all these people just decide to come in at the same time."
He told a customer they should've gone to a UPS store closer to their home. He tossed a customer's package aside and yelled at another customer. He talks to customers as if they are bothering him from taking his afternoon nap.
I didn't catch his name, but this Saturday guy is a terrible employee who needs to learn better customer service. He was rude to each and every person. He clearly doesn't want to be working there, so just fire him already. He has zero customer service skills and an annoying tone.

I have been to various ups stores. Always picking up boxes from ups stores. I have heard first time from these guys that they charge $12 for holding the box. Not recommend

Chris D was completely rude and disrespectful. I understand I did arrive 15 min before closing however that doesn’t give you the right to give attitude. Also he only made his comment after my husband exited the store to retrieve his wallet. Customer service is everything and you literally sign up for this when you apply to work at any store. Someone needs to teach him proper customer service or make sure he isn’t closing because he is horribly rude and unprofessional. Chris D.

No other UPS store locations has as poor ratings as this one and I'm sure this horrible employee singlehandedly contributed to getting a majority of the negative reviews.He told a customer they should've gone to a UPS store closer to their home. He talks to customers as if they are bothering him from taking his afternoon nap.Either train this dope to do a better job or fire him.

This UPS store location used to be great. Ever since it was sold off a handful of years ago to a new owner, it has literally gone down hill.Their staff turn over like a wet fish on a deck. It's practically a new set of faces almost every couple of months.Chris needs a complete attitude adjustment. There's not a single ounce of customer service in his body. Not the place to be working when all you're doing is customer service at a retail location. Rude to all of the customers in one way or another. Just saw him yell at a customer waiting that their cell phone camera light was on. Really? Who cares. Completely rude and that's just one example.Going to find another UPS store to do business with.

They were out of certified mail slips.There was no sign. Then charge $16.00 for one regular sized envelope to ups it. This how they cheat customers. Go else where
