The post office is not open today. This is not a post office. There is plenty place to park. It's a waste of time to come up here.

This location is not a Post Office. Drove around in circles for five minutes in the shopping center just to figure out that the address belong to a pharmacy. Do not go here if you’re looking for a post office.

Friendly staff and no wait time but they wanted to charge me for a piece of tape. I don’t think it’s necessary to do that nor have I experienced that situation elsewhere before. Charging people for 6in of tape doesn’t make sense to me.

This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST! I was told by the main postal office, that Bob, the owner is using outdated shipping slips. This caused my order to be lost for 2 weeks and counting. My package is still lost in this black hole post office. I went back to Bob for help and he was incredibly unhelpful! I truly could not care less. I was told by the main post office that this is a reoccurring problem and they need to be shut down. She knew Bob’s name before I said anything. This place will kill your small business.

I see a lot of 1 star ratings for this location. I’d like to chime in with a 5 star for their post office especially. I am an online seller, and I have shipped over 30 packages with this location. Every single one has been delivered on time to the correct address. This location is also more feasible for me as I live near the mountain, and this is the closest option. I package and print/tape my mailing slips ahead of time, and I don’t mind if I’m out of ink, as each mailing slip printed at their location is one dollar, which is more affordable at times then a $30 ink cartridge. I have also had nothing but great service.

This is a shared USPS/pharmacy. There's a male pharmacist that doesn't handle USPS stuff and I think the 2 female USPS workers don't typically handle the pharmacy side. It is not a regular post office so they can't give you receipts for tracking or some of the other things that the main post office on Arrow does. It is a small place with usually only 1 or 2 workers there at a time so don't be surprised if there's a line (though usually better than the line at Arrow location.)All in all though, the 2 USPS workers are always nice and there aren't any glaring issues with the place. I've never had a package lost, even if I just drop them off. Oh and side note, they often forget to turn on the "open" sign so it could appear closed but still be open.

I strongly urge anyone wanting to use their Postal Service to make the extra drive to a real Post Office. I have had several packages now severely delayed, and now one recently stolen, dropping off at this location. Upon further review of my case by USPS, an employee at this location claimed to have contacted me about my item. It was a complete and utter lie. Avoid this place like the plague don't drop anything off at this Post Office. It's the worst it will be stolen or missing.!

Ok as you already know, this is not an actual post office and their service is horrible but what you didn't know is that on top of all that they charge you $1.50 if you pay with a credit/debit card. They have long wait lines because the same person who works for the pharmacy is also the "postal" attendant. Why would USPS allow this location to exist is beyond me but save yourself the trip and go to an actual PO.

Very helpful and great people. They assisted with insurance issues. They actually saved me on cost of prescriptions when I lost insurance coverage.

Bring tape or tape your tracking form beforehand. Otherwise, you will have to pay $5 to buy a whole roll and tape yourself. Not a big deal to tape myself obviously, just wasn't expecting to have to buy a whole duct tape size roll to tape the tracking form to an envelope. Never had this experience at any other post office. ?♀️

I came here today and wanted to mail a small package that just needed my label taped on, I encountered Bob very unhelpful horrible customer service he didn't help me with my package and basically pushed me to the side to do it myself. My package needed a piece of tape for the label he said he couldn't put tape on and didn't have tape there? Really? ? So I told him I have to drive back home for a piece of tape! Any normal person with good customer service would had at least grabbed some tape! It was sitting on the counter ! Your horrible Bob!!! Thanks for nothing. I won't go back.

The owner is late every day to open up this store. There are always people waiting outside. I'm only giving it 2 stars because of the other staff members that work there. They are nice. The store itself is very old and run down and all of their product is at least 15 years old.

Not a USPS post office. This is a pharmacy where you can drop off mail but not a an actual post office. Sent a letter out last week to Los Angeles and they still haven’t received it. I hope it wasn’t lost.
