I was there right at 7 o'clock when they opened and they opened on time, they didn't really try to upsell me too much. And they took a $10 coupon which made the price a little bit more reasonable since they are on the pricey side. But all in all it was great service and a good experience.

The worst service I ever received. The oil indicator was on and I asked them to check the oil level post a oil change 3 days prior. The manager removed the oil plug from my car. My car was vandalized at the Pasadena location. I always maintain the maintenance on my car. What service they did provide was adding too much oil the light for oil and check the engine both stayed on. My mechanic said as a result I need a new transmission. 6 days without a car!! I work 45 minutes away. It's a major inconvenience I probably will have to buy a new car as a result! Don't use this company there's no sense of urgency for the customer and the impact of their negligence. I created a claim 5 days ago I need to discuss the matter with the upper management in corporate.

Me and my husband are regular customers to this location. We been taking our 2 vehicles for quite sometime know. We are very please with the need's of both vehicles for oil change and other services. I highly recommend this location. Very friendly, helpful and awesome customer service. They alway's take good care of us. Thank you Valvoline Upland Station Location!

This visit was quick and easy. My previous visit was easy but with a long line it took about 45 mins.Staff is really nice and they suggest some upsell items but don't hassle you about it which is great when I don't want that particular item or service.

Wanted to share an experience and warn people in hopes of saving you $$$. I own a newish SUV, and decided (bad decision!) to run over to Valvoline on Foothill Blvd. for an oil change as I was late. They completed my oil change, and I thought nothing of it UNTIL: my hubby noted oil leaking from my car. I immediately took it to my mechanic. Well, turns out Valvoline stripped/overtightened the oil pan bolt which was the reason for the leak. Cost me $1000 to repair/replace, and of course Valvoline refuses to accept responsibility and do the right thing, despite the shop asserting it 100% was due to their actions/negligence. Now I am taking them to court. I would highly recommend (even if you have had no issues there) to find a better place for oil changes! I would hate for you to end up like me. Have a great day!

Right before the long weekend I showed up for an oil change. There was a long line of cars but in spite of this the line moved quickly and the employees were in good spirits when I got to the front.
