This Walmart is absolute trash. I have gone 4x in the last 3x to try and return an online order and each time the whole return area is blocked off with no employees there wait and ask an employee walking around and Each time they say " our system is down" believed it the first 2x but the last time 2 other ppl who were waiting for help with a return said " you literally said that last time as well". Really wish their online children's clothes wasn't as good as it has become, so i had ZERO reasons to shop here.

This Walmart was so far okay, I played the claw machine and acctually won for the first time, then I went to go buy some told gold cheddar pretzels and I asked one of the employees if they had more and of course he didn't look, and the I found a ag of Cheetos under a $3 sign and the lady at the register gave them to me for that price, so so far I like this Walmart a lot

warning, warning ! to all again......if you want to bring your vehicles in this walmart benson ave. upland, ca branch. think about 100% time before you bring your vehicles in this branch walmart auto service this is my second time i got a problem never never leave anything valuable inside your car they looking around seaching inside your vehicles, because my pocket knife that i'll use to my work is gone.

My husband and I went to get a new battery for our car and have it installed this morning. There was a man in the automotive department complaining about everything. He was very rude to the people who work in that department. It was crowded in the waiting area he was making all the other customers uncomfortable. He continued to berate the automotive supervisor Angel. Angel was cordial and professional to the man as he continued on with his other customers. I left that area to go shopping, ran into the man complaining incessantly to the store manager. As I walked by I shook my head, he asked me if I shook my head. I said ' yes, you're just mean'. He yelled at me 2 times," F**k you!" When I went toward the automotive department later I could see he was over there again still going on and on with his abuse of the employee. I heard the man say he was never coming back to Walmart. My thought was thank you Lord, neither the customers or the employees need the misery I'm sure he spews everywhere he goes. I feel sorry for his family and anyone who has to work with him.

The team lead Richardo was disrespectful and dismissive. I came into this Walmart for the first time this evening and will never be returning!! First of all I waited 15 minutes to receive assistance and then to top it off the "Team Lead" Richardo was very rude to me. Richardo had the electronics that I asked for then I asked if I could purchase it at that register and he disappeared for about 15 minutes to the back fully aware that I was ready to purchase my items! Then while I was making this purchase he continued this behavior never once did he ask me if I wanted a bag for my items, I'm very disappointed with the type of people they have as "Leads". As a Lead you should be the one setting a professional example for the rest of the employees! As everyone else in the store was very helpful Richardo failed to provide a positive and welcoming experience! In conclusion you should definitely look into finding a better suited person for a Lead position. Thank you!

I went in about a week ago to get some groceries for me and my kids. It's just me a single mom trying my best shopping with my little ones. Now I raised my kids to know better to not steal. But for them to watch their mother get accused of stealing and being categorized as if I wasn't human. Lisa I hope one of your higher ups see this so you can heal whatever perception of how to treat people especially of a certain minority with grace like any one else on this earth. I'll pray for you sweetheart. I'm very well versed with self checkout, as I was scanning my items one of the workers comes by - messes with the screen, and tells me that they need a manager override. I'm completely understanding of that. So I wait with my kids while they go get a manager. I hear the blue vest worker call the blue shirt non-name tag wearing woman by Lisa; she was short, wears glasses, and had a ponytail. Assuming that she's a manger she's already coming off as very passive aggressive even shooting my little ones nasty looks??! anyways by the grace of god I get through whatever they were doing on the computer, pay for my things which they both are huddling not so far behind me which I thought was weird amongst all of the other terrible treatment me and my children Received. An old lady is ahead of me getting her receipt looked at by the worker at the exit and I figured since that the manager and the worker at self checkout saw me pay for my things it'd be fine for me to just leave with my kids I didnt have time for all of that waiting for no reason. Lisa grabs my cart stops me from leaving and starts looking through my bags and she snatched my receipt Outta my hand like what?! Honestly I felt like if I didn't snatch my purse away from the bottom of the cart she would've taken that too! So at that point she has crossed every boundary and I snap at her. She hands me my receipt back and under her breath I hear her say some racially obscene things that I really wish my daughter didn't get to hear. So thank you Lisa for the conversation I had to have with my little ones to explain the evil that Jesus has not yet reached in this sad world. I hope your coworkers see this and pray for You. Jesus loves you Lisa find your way to him.amen.

I went to have my oil changed today. On my receipt I noticed there were a lot of decliners that I supposedly did for them to not check air filter and 4 other fluid levels. Also the air levels in my tires were wrong showing me they didn't check them. Are they that lazy that they can't do their job right! I will never go there again. Check your receipts before u leave

Went here this morning to get 4 items... found them all! Got 4 pack of Starbucks Frappuccino mocha drinks, a coffee mate snickers creamer, Chocolate protein shake, and 2 hand soaps. Had to do an Ibotta order so I didn't lose my current credit. I got $2 more credit in the process! Store was clean and real easy to get in and out as I was able to check out on my own! This store is convenient and close to home. Be back soon!

So last night l decided to use Scan and Go to save some time but it wasn't until I was about to pay I find out that scan and go doesn't accept EBT. Okay. No Problem. So me and my boyfriend started separating food and non foods items so we can manually rescan everything again. Then this RUDE condescending black lady with a thick accent comes up to us right away and blocks us off from the register and our cart. Then she says our payment didn't go through even though we haven't even paid yet. I try explaining to her that I can't use EBT with scan and go so we had to start over on the register but this woman starts raising her voice to me saying I'm lying/stealing and insisting that it does work. (It doesn't) Then she just DUMPS my items out from the bin I was buying and completely manhandles the items I just separated. I asked her not to throw my items around in my cart like that and she had the nerve to tell me she can because its still walmart property. So employees are allowed to just throw cartons of eggs and other merchandise without repercussion? Another woman came to help who was MUCH nicer and actually knew what she was doing all while the black employee lingered in the back watching. Finally as we were walking out this woman yells "F*ck you!" to us!!! I don't care how complicated we or any customer is, that is extremely unprofessional in ANY setting. In the end my total came out to the same amount as my original total without that ladys dramatic charades. Not only was she rude and unprofessional but she doesn't even have any sort of knowledge on the services of her OWN JOB. I hope she felt as stupid as she looked.

The worst Walmart I've visited. When it comes to get an item that is locked good luck with that. No employee has a key to help you if you press the red button they never show up. You practically hunting down employees to see which will help. You come through like 5 employees and nobody knows anything. Is a lost case with them. You need a lot of patience and time because they sure waste your time. You can never count that it will be a fast trip. Good luck with that
