I shop here all the time-Not no more. There produce is over priced if it's not Rotten in the store it goes bad within 2-3 days after bringing it home.This is the 5th time my husband stops here to get a gallon of milk and it goes sour either 1/2 or 3/4 full he's always returning it. Let's talk about the Power trip that the women is at self check out She's Rude Sarcastic unpleasant person. You NEVER see Mgmt EVER. These employees run around and whatever they want DOG at the Animal Shelter act much better than the Walmart employees. Mgmt should gather their employees and take them on a field trip to the Upland Animal Shelter across the street and take notes.

Im at the cosmetics section in walmart waiting for a employee to come assisit me and open the locked doors. Around 10-15 minutes pass by and not a single employee in sight, meanwhle theres around 4 of them in the mangers office and 2 at the front of the store checking recipts. I go to the manager to adress this problem and she tells me theres no one at that postion. So they have no employees to help for customer service? How am I supposed to get my desired items without having to wait a excessive amount of time? Walmart fix your employee shortage problem.

This is close to my home. There are allot of people loitering in the parking lot asking for money. I feel unsafe getting out of my car. The store is ok. The customer service line is way too long, especially if you just need to buy batteries. They keep them locked behind the desk and you have to wait in line behind everyone getting money orders, returning items etc. very frustrating when you just need a couple AA batteries. All in all I only go to this Walmart if I need a couple things. I prefer the Superwalmart for my normal shopping.

I have been trying to order an online item to be sent to an address on the east coast. I called to make sure I had changed the address correctly and was told 'yes'. Instead I received the item at my home in Alta Loma,CA After numerous calls I was told to return it to FedEx. After going to 2 Fed Ex stores we finally went to the Walmart in Upland where the employee was extremely helpful and took the item back. I then tried again with another few phone calls to online Walmart and when I received the confirmation email, they still had it shipped to my home address. I am so frustrated but still want the transaction handled correctly. I'm going to try calling the store to see if they can help but it may be Christmas of 2024 before it's resolved!!

I like this Walmart , it's not your regular store but it's a market stocked with food and if you're looking for something to stock up on this is the place they have everything. What I don't think they have is enough employees, but it's really a good market store and the few people working there are great !

I want to commend DENEEN right off the bat for her outstanding customer service. She was pleasant, professional and cordial. I had a good shopping experience and I usually find what I came for and more. I don't care for self check out because I feel like you take away a person's job so I like to check out in the garden center. I am also NOT a fan of being asked for RECEIPT to exit while the folks with the 'loot' backpacks leave loaded without reservation or hesitation. The lack of products on the shelves is not the fault of Walmart so I don't get angry or lash out at employees. I find the stores clean and neat.

I'm not sure if it's an inventory thing on the back end, a loss prevention issue, an inventory tracking discrepancy, or a combination of any one of these, but I was looking for a spotlight lamp that shows as available within three Walmart locations in the area. This store was the closest one with where I was at during the day. The app said the lamp was available in G19. Cool! I head over, walk around a couple times, and I can't find the lamp. I ask customer service for help, and I'm not sure if they use a different app, but her app shows not available and mine does. I ended up ordering the lamp online at a closer Walmart where I live, but I have no idea what's up with Walmart inventory. Don't trust what you see on the app. You're better of ordering online and either shipping to your residence or waiting until you get an order confirmation and ready-for-pickup notification.

This store is so poorly ran, especially the first 5 days of the month. The money center always has only 1 person working. Management needs to come and step in to help. Short staffed or not, there shouldn't be a line of 10+ people waiting and only 1 person working the line. This is why cross-training employees is beneficial for employers to do. This is a constant occurrence at this store, and Carlos, the store manager, doesn't seem to see an issue with it. The produce is always rotten or near spoiled.

Extremely rude and disrespectful!!!! I waited over 20mins for a Pickup order and when I called 909-524-8421. The employee told me they were busy and hung up on me!!!!

Everything is locked behind glass, and associates never have keys. Even things like car air fresheners. God forbid you ask for help from another department. They are quick to dismiss you and tell you to just wait. Don't waste your time. Pay a few cents more and go to Target.

I ship here regularly because I can't tolerate the lack of customer service at the one on benson. Ugh. I have worked in customer derive for 22 years. I don't know where they found this woman that rang us up today but she looked like she wanted to kill someone. She didn't smile, say hello, offer us bags, nothing. She would have won the prize for the Queen of RBF! My 13 year old daughter was even put off by this woman checking us out. People like her don't need to work in service jobs they need to be in a cubicle where no one can see them. I understand having a bad day but this was way worse.

Let's start with Maggie. This isn't against Walmart. Great prices , I come here all the time. Cheaper then the regular grocery stores. But... Management , You need to do something about Maggie. She is the slowest cashier/bagger that ever walked the face of the earth. I timed her the other day. These are the results: One person in line in front of me. A cart full of groceries maybe 50 items total. My phone stop watch running, 3 minutes one bag- ten items total. Picking up one item at a time and scanning. 3seconds to scan. All items scanned. 10 seconds to prepare the bag. 3 minutes later= 1 bag. And she's talking. Completely oblivious of the twelve people behind me. We are all looking at each other with what the hell expressions on our faces. So five more minutes goes by. Another woman comes out and says I'll take you next. With relief, and sighs of relief from the other customers including a little clap from the Hispanic lady behind me , 9 of the 12 people moved over to line that was open. I let the lady go ahead of me first . I continued to time maggie even though her line was shorter now. Still there slow as a turtle. The other lady checked me out quick and quick! I walked out of the store but looked behind me. Maggie was still on the same customer. Still talking , still half of the customers groceries scanned. And the other lady got three customers out in less than five minutes. Come on now neighborhood market. This chick makes a snail look like the flash. Get rid of her or have her be a door greeter! Avoid Maggie's line if your there. You will be stuck for ever!

Have recently shopped here multiple times. On each of these occasions have asked the Sales Associates for assistance resulting in excellent service. The store is clean and well-stocked. Love the fact that you can find Wal Mart pricing in a smaller and more convient shopping venure. The Managers and Associates should be commended for such an excellent shoping experience.

Been waiting for almost 2 hours at the service center I was told 1 hour to get an oil change. It's not even inside to get done but I was told I'm next Guy at the register is very professional and polite. Service is not the great due to the long wait. It's worst than a dealership
