You know first and foremost I’ve always loved WALMART because it has a little bit of everything and it’s usually all quality stuff. I don’t have to go far to find what I need other than Walmart. I mean I’ve been shopping there for 2025 years and I’ve never once been disappointed sometimes, the store staff are a little grumpy but it comes with the territory. WALMART is the best. You won’t find a better all around go to store like WALMART give it a try, I’m a 65 year old retiree, and believe me I’ve been to a lot of different department stores in my lifetime being a commercial truck driver in every state of the union as well as being a picky shopper WALMART is the best hands-down if you don’t think so prove me wrong.

My sister and Nephew went in to buy a birthday gift for a 12 year old. And some things for my nephew. I stayed in the car. My sister said she spent $130.00 dollars. She said this Walmart only had self check out. People were having problems with the cashier machines. She said I shopped now I have to work and ring my own products I bought from the store. She said she would never shop at this location again. On foothill Blvd and Benson Ave in Upland. Most Walmart, you have a choice if you want to self check out. Or let them do it. She said the workers were standing in the area, talking and laughing. If you needed help, you had to flag them down. She said it was horrible.

Few items. They carry Hard candy lip oil! So, I was able to check out there. Clerk was awesome. Friendly & knowledgeable. It's may become my *go-to" store now, because of her❣️

Been coming here since this place first opened. I have watched it be a place of shootings on Black Fridays pre-covid and have seen it go from bad to worse and then tolerable if needs be. It's not the worst anymore, so I come here if I need something really fast. This place hasn't been nice since it first opened. It's a decent location and it has been worse ??♀️

They have great items and are reasonably priced. However, they lock up the underwear and I've never seen this before at any Walmart.

I had to hunt someone down for a key to spray paint.The lady at the beauty counter after I said "hello can you...she immediately said I can't leave. So I proceeded to say I was going to ask if you could call someone to come help me. She then left to find someone to help me. I still will give a 5 star because I was helped regardless quickly.

Worst Walmart ever!!
I waited 30 mins for someone to open the locked door and no one came. I was able to find someone just to find out they can't help me. No wonder no one likes coming here

At middle age I have managed to stay away from Walmart other than 3 times, and I regret all 3. I purchased some things online.They didn’t work out. Take them to store to return. And they didn’t know how!!! The manager came and said “maybe” they couldn’t process the return because I was at the neighborhood market rather than the Supercenter. So I drove there. They also didn’t know why the return would not process. I’m standing there with 4 items I’d received only 3 days prior, asking, “So what can be done about this?” They were befuddled. I said I wasn’t going home with brand new items that are supposed to be fully refundable, so just go to the department, check that the prices on my items match the same as those in the store. And refund me. The manager said he had no way of doing that. SO..2 hours (not joking) on hold for customer support and they come on the line, I run back into the store and use speaker to let the returns desk employee hear. Turns out it was a glitch in their software. That’s an awful lot of trouble for a customer to make a return. Always a terrible store.
