1/21/24 Feeling a bit under the weather & I'm supposed to be heading to see my folks. Gotta get tested. I didn't know that at Costco you would have to get the Antigen test kit from the pharmacy & it happens to be closed Sundays. That's how I ended up here & it's great to know that it's open 24 hours. I immediately headed towards the pharmacy at the rear of the store. It's fairly empty at about noon on a Sunday. There were 2 customers in line & I stood there thinking I'd have to get it from the pharmacy staff as well. An employee passed by & I asked if I have to get line for it. She happily said & showed me that I could just pick it up & it's an over the counter purchase. I grabbed one & headed to the checkout. When I was paying, I inquired if I could get it covered by my insurance. He said I'd have to go through Pharmacy (& they will check). Given that Zi was in a hurry I decided to just pay for it now & stock up on it later when I have time. Overall, it was a good experience & will likely return st this location.

Simple prescriptions take over a day. When you call they put you through a automated system that is of no help. When you actually speak to someone they don't care or hang up on you. I will move my business elsewhere. Customer service is bad and no way to improve it with current systems in place.

Maria in pharmacy with a thick eyeliner is a total rude lady She definitely discriminates or stereotypes people I've been here 3 times once in the day and twice in the night. The first time was no problem. I was able to purchase over the counter and Sis religious. However when I went in the night time about a week later. I was told that the barcode didn't scan so she couldn't sell me over the counter insulin syringes, . I excepted her excuse, but that was like two weeks ago last night again she gave me the same excuse the barcode and scan so she can't sell me, what I'm therefore. Don't piss on my leg and say it's raining lady just tell me you don't want to sell to me that you're labeling me discriminating against and therefore you using your did your diligence on me I didn't like her shoulder shrub when I told her she had to be lying so you have product here that you dont sell cause it dont scan??? Wow.

The only thing going for this location is that it is 24 hours. Yet I have found that the staff will go to incredible links to ignore needs of its clients. Perpetually, prescriptions are not completed even though they are sent in and there is no one to take the phone calls .... The attitude is indifferent.... No matter how sick one is. They are unresponsive on the phone, even for you to let them know That you were coming. I will advise all of the patients that work within my field to avoid this pharmacy if they really want to get well. There needs to be a major revamp... And the complacency at this location is beyond belief. Please reconsider. You will be happy

I hate having to pick up any RX from here the drive up window always takes way too long I've waited 20min twice for my child's rx! Yes I could somewhere else or they can hire more people! Always looks like only 2 people working at the pharmacy!! Management get it together and hire!

It's really unfortunate to have to interact with management here. They're extremely rude and have the nastiest attitude when trying to ask questions on a product or promotion. The Night Shift management team needs to go over proper customer/worker interactions again. I try my best to see past the clear "I hate my job" look and mannerisms, but it's ridiculous when this is the Walgreens I live 3 minutes away. I'm sorry I have to ask a question, but how is it my fault you're miserable? I understand life happens and you can't make claims after one experience, but this has become a typical experience for me since I shop here frequently.

I got my vaccines today! Also purchased a cool S'mores mug set for my daughter! I bought some AA and AAA batteries. Employees were all nice. Store was clean. Not crowded at 8:30 am!

The people who work at the pharmacy are nice but it says get your prescriptions in 30 min. That is flat out not the case. I can't believe it's a 2 hour wait for an asthma inhaler.

First time ever getting a prescription filled by Walgreens. Got an email saying something is wrong with my insurance, so I call the pharmacy to see what's wrong. Ended up speaking to a robot that puts you on hold forever. First it was 3 callers ahead, 2 callers ahead, 1 caller ahead, and then it's "We're sorry our staff is answering OTHER calls", so what they skipped me? So far I've been waiting nearly 45 minutes, I GIVE UP!!! Horrible experience so far, what a waste of time!

By far the worst pharmacy. I'm not the type to write these reviews but it took 7 hours for my prescription to be ready. I had to call my dr and have them switch pharmacies just to get antibiotics. Do not ever come here !!

The pharmacy does not fill prescriptions in an appropriate amount of time. My father went three days after a serious surgery without pain medication because they were "out." This is not acceptable. The store itself is great - but I listened as other customers were turned away or told to wait an extended amount of time for their prescriptions.

Hands down the WORST Walgreens Pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The store itself is average but more than couple times I've noticed some employees that were obviously drunk. Anyway back to the sorry excuse of a pharmacy, I would say they need to hire more staff but honestly they need to be shut down and are a disgraceful embodiment of distributing medication to ease their customers health issues. Secondly there is no damn common courtesy and are extremely rude and insulting. There is a certain medication I take that isn't covered under my insurance and cost about $300 out of pocket. They did not fill it on multiple occasions under the assumption that I could not afford it, no consulting me if I want to pay the price for medication THAT I NEED and after telling them how to do their job I have to wait even longer for their slow service and come back a second time. I mean if you want to kill 45 minutes sitting in a drive through line THEN COME ON DOWN! Are you a fan of interacting with extremely unintelligent people? COME ON DOWN! I don't have anger issues but this place makes me want to punch a midget and a baby seal at the same time.

The customer service is horrible. Ruth was excellent and very helpful. Everyone else speaks to the customers so recklessly. One one was willing to do the bare minimum, forget about going the extra mile. The entire staff with the exception of Ruth was horrendously rude. Stick to CVS, this place sucks.

Walgreens has been a lifesaver when time came for my friend to get a booster shot! More specifically, if you have completed the 2-shot series from Pfizer, you would ideally want your 3rd injection to be from the same manufacturer as well. (In fact, with the mix-and-match approach, now recommended by the medical field authoritative figures, I still personally think the Pfizer brand provides the best set of benefits.) In any case, my friend is convinced to keep all his vaccines intake the same from start to finish, and it's been difficult to find any appointment with Pfizer vaccine at CVS/Target pharmacy. They only carry Moderna! You would think the largest retail pharmacy giant would carry the most "popular" option, so to speak, but oh well. Sometimes what seems to be the most obvious turns out not to be true. Walgreens, however, has plenty of appointments available, and many of them is next-day even! (The online booking system is also very easy to use.) I wasn't able to book a time slot at the most nearest branch; instead, I only found something at a moderate driving distance. Do note, there IS plenty of other selections wide available if you're willing to travel a bit. So Upland, here we go. Overall, I am so glad I did not limit myself to just a CVS search. Walgreens made this overall process so much easier! On the actual day of vaccination, however, it was less convenient than imagined. It doesn't matter if you check in on time, or even early as they recommend. It's going to take at least one hour for you to complete the entire visit, from walking in, checking in, filling out the questionnaire waiting, waiting, and waiting some more, and finally getting the shot. Since we chose to get this done on a weekend (Saturday), it wasn't completely unexpected to have to endure some wait. Pharmacies can possibly run a bit hectic on the weekend when everyone's off work, and everyone needs their meds! Now! (But usually, that isn't the case, I thought.) Compared to when I took my parents to get their booster shots on a Friday morning, this line was noticeably longer. We physically stood in line for at least 20-30 minutes... or more. There were other customers who were visibly and audibly flustered as well--but good to note, everyone remained courteous and understanding to each other. I wonder... Could it also be a staffing problem? I do not work at Walgreens, so I don't know. But retail sometimes tends to schedule less staff on the weekend; again, I am no expert at this. What I do know for sure is, whatever that can improve this delay or undesirable wait will be greatly appreciated by future patrons. I felt like I was stuck there foreverrrrr. Got a bit bored towards the end, in fact. Thank goodness for smart phones and their myriad apps. The shot itself took no time at all. The pharmacist who administered the vaccine was professional. It was the staff's other duties, such as filling prescriptions, answering phone calls, that would deter you from instant, or even, reasonably prompt, service. If you have booked the time slot of 3 pm, don't expect to walk in and leave within matters of 15 or 20 minutes. Best to block out the entire hour (say, 3 to 4 pm), and not schedule anything important or urgent before or after. This Walgreens also sells other merchandise like toys and candies. But they seem overpriced. I prefer shopping for these items at Target instead, with my Target Red Card, Circle Offers, etc. I have decided to rate this store 3 stars for being adequate. Hey, it got the job done, didn't it? Alas, the wait was way too long to warrant any more stars. But thank you, Walgreens, nonetheless. You were most helpful in a time of need.
