Stopped for breakfast worst service ever. First food is at the bar other eating area has been closed for months. The bar of course smelled like day old booze. The bar tender was also our server. I sat down and waited for 10 min before served. Then he asked me what I wanted. A menu would be great! I repeated my order 3 times to him. Then he continued asking questions about my food choice fro. The bar shouting at me. I was sitting next to a group of older people also in the also in the same boat with the ordering. They repeated their order up to 5 time, again with the same service and also shouting from behind the bar what they wanted. The bar tender was not rude he was just obvious not a waitress. Better customer service would be great.

It's very much up and down (mostly down). In dire need of upper management that actually tries to identify with customers.

Went for the kids arcade. My little ones have a blast playing the variety of games available. Little Ceasars pizza was good but be ready to wait a bit as they get really busy

It was great! It was short sweet and to the point. Slots are just like I like my women, loose... I won $270 off $15 so I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Running Creek Casino.

Machines are VERY tight. Not fun for me to go there anymore. Restraunt is more expensive. Service at the cashiers cage is always good..

Bernie the night manager was very rude. Was playing a machine and the ticket didn't eject from the machine. So he had to open the machine to get my ticket out. When he said the machine was broke and to go . I explained that I wasn't done gambling. That I still wanted to play machine. He turned off the machine and said to go somewhere else. I have never been talked to so unprofessional. If you don't like dealing with customers you should not be on the floor. I'm a regular and never have issues with anyone. This made me feel unappreciated as a regular patron.

RV friendly, security said you can stay overnight.
Lots of room for big rigs.
Casino is small, but very nice!
