“Thank you to everyone at Woody’s Upper Lake Tire. You guys were a life saver. We got a flat tire on New Years Eve and we got our tire fixed on New Years Day. We were concerned that nobody was going to be opened. Thank you for the great service and for helping us out.”
“S and k.is awesome they fixed my car perfectly after another auto shop ripped me off in Lakeport. S and k found the right part to fix my car after the other shop gave me a cheap part then when my car didn't work right wanted to charge me a thousand dollars to fix it if they could find out what was wrong. S and k did a free diagnostic then ordered the right part and it cost me only three hundred when the other shop wanted a thousand dollars. From now on s and k is my auto repair place.”
“Great service, fair prices and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always a pleasure to do business with. I take multiple vehicles to them for tires, alignments and general services. I will continue to use them on all my vehicles.”
“Hector has been my go-to tire guy for the last few years now and that is because he makes sure to take good care of his loyal customers. Fair pricing and doesn't just chase the sales. He has fit me in on emergencies with nails in the tire and saved the day a few times. I highly recommend Hector & his shop.”
“I didn't think my car would align , it was so bad , but Lakeport tire got it aligned ! They are great , and it didn't cost me a arm and a leg ! Thank you so much !!!!”
“What a great shop this was. We got a flat and had to have our car towed. After contacting a couple of other shops who wouldn’t stay after their closing time, when we called Carlton Tire they said they would wait and help us out. When we arrived they were extremely helpful in determining the cause, fixing the flat, and sending us in our way. The entire crew was so helpful and welcoming. We so appreciate this excellent service. Good job everyone!”
“One of few local specialists doing BMW/MINI oil changes with inspections. Be aware at $250, it's top-tier pricing. However, given the closest dealerships are in Marin or Sacramento, you have to do the math whether saving $100 is worth a 2-hour drive each way. The facility is clean, staff is knowledgeable, and they own the brands they service. We swapped some great stories about our rides. Snapshot shows example of their service report.”
