First of all, why do we go to outlets? Of course, for the good deal and discount, right? But I experienced the unfriendly attitude from the cashier who helped me, when I notified her, what I purchased is in the additional 60% off, and she refused to double check the deal at the first beginning, then after she confirmed with her leader, still had an attitude. While she hand my stuffs to me, her face turned towards the other side without saying Thank you even. If those things weren't for my brother, I would just return it right away. Where else can't spend money, right? I don't appreciate all that and won't go back there, definitely the associate didn't train well for customer service!!!

This store seemed smaller than other outlet stores. We went in looking for soccer cleats for my daughter. They had 4 options-all black. She wanted something bright. No cleats, but we did find a great deal on youth shirts and shirts.

the store don't accept $100 old bills, only new bills because their machine doesn't work with the old bills, which is so ridiculous. Therefore, they can't accept them.

If it were possible to leave no stars I would. I ordered basketball shoes for my son which âshippedâ on 11/7 and had them shipped to store because they would arrive faster or so the website said.
The day they were supposed to arrive 11/11, I called the store and was told never to trust the website and that I would be notified when they were delivered and when they were available to pick up.
Couple more days go by and still no updates. The app doesnât reflect any tracking for the product. I call the customer service and get a 3rd party overseas. They arenât the easiest to understand and they werenât helpful at all. I found the rooster crowing in the. Background comical. I was told that they could not offer me anything that would help me to get the shoes sooner and there was no way to say when they would arrive.
Now 20 days later, there is still no update and I have no shoes. They do have my money tho. Needless to say I have ordered shoes from one of their competitors and received them already. I will never do business with adidas again and hope that others learn from my experience.
If they would have just shipped another pair to my home and cancelled the ones going to the store I would have been happy. But there was nothing they could do for me.
I hope I get my money back although IDK if that will happen either.

Adidas makes an excellent shoe. They carry a great variety of styles in shoes and clothing apparel. The staff are helpful and always friendly. They seem to have a special going almost every day, resulting in savings on top of savings. Quality products+Huge discounts+Top notch service=Adidas Outlet Store Vacaville!

The employees are not helpful at all. Every time you ask them a question, the answer is always no. For example, âDo you have more of this bag?ââNo! âWhatâs on the floor is all we haveâ (which Iâve found is not always true). âIs this bag on sale?ââNo! And then it turns out it is on sale, and the employee acts surprised. I shop here often, but every time I have the same experience (likely because itâs the same people working), and it feels like they donât care or want to help. Iâve visited other locations, and the vibe is very different.
