One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
Came to switch lines to under my name and I was told by SHIREEN that if I sign up for “AARP” and there won’t be any activation fees ($70) but when i was trying to register it gave me an error so she said do it later and I would still get $70 off… now I show up to ask them why I’m getting charged for activation fees and the manager “CINTHIA” said oh you had to register it while you guys were signing up for lines… this doesn’t add up to anything

It was easy and efficient to get me onto my mom's phone plan to help her save money on her bills, the customer service was easy and very friendly they knew exactly what we were looking for when we wanted to add me to the family plan and even gave my mom a discount for working with the state all in all very good services phone and customer care.

I walked to the At&t store super stressed. My daughter was on her senior trip and my phone was giving me this SOS notification which meant I couldn’t use my device for calls or anything else. The lady working there was extremely helpful and I could tell she knew what she was talking about. She fixed my phone which relieved my stress, and I was able to contact my daughter. If I knew her name, I’d write it here, but she deserves a raise!

I closed my account and paid in full the balances. They continuously opened my account and billed me monthly even though I don't own the phone number. They keep referring me to the manager at Fairfield office, and the manager no help refer me call retention department, but no help. They still continuously harassed me the collection company...

Not well designed for customer speed. Sales people were good, but they can only work slow due to your sales design. Plus, I have issues for set up. Not easy. Still has trouble with internet.

I was at AT&T to buy a charger for my Apple watch, with a USB adapter to use in the car, I couldn't find it, but I bought a multiple charger for my Apple watch, headphones, and another case for my cell phone, thank you for the excellent service!

Took phone in for replacement of cracked screen. 3 hours later I left with a screen that no longer had a display and was still cracked. They are replacing the phone but there is a possibility my data will never be recovered. Very, very disappointing.

The worst experience ever! Whoever the manager was on 06/01/24 in the afternoon was absolutely no help and tried to get me to pay for a screen protector that I had already paid for. I previously came to replace my screen in March of 2024 with no issues. What she did was completely ridiculous and I will be elevating this situation up further.
If AT&T has individuals like that managing I want no parts and will gladly switch over to Verizon.
