If this allowed zero stars I would give zero. This store has been absolutely horrible with communication/customer service. I was trying to get fiber since November when they said my street had it. I waited the 2 hour window that day for them to come to our new house with my two littles that were 2 and 10 months at the time and no-one came to the house or called to tell me they cancelled the appointment because fiber was not available in our place. I wasted those hours not being able to do other things because of that. Then they said again we were good to go and cancelled the morning of the appointment, at least that time they told us. I then went back in again and they said not just yet but by the end of January it'll be good. The end of January came and still no contact so I gave a little longer since the weather had been bad. Feb 9th came and the garage manager actually knocked on my door and let me know we were good to go and to just go to the store to get the order sent in. I told him thank you so much and I'll go right now. Well I went in and spoke to susie and she said they couldn't get the order sent in and the manager would have to take a look told me to be patient and they would get back to me on Monday . Monday came and gone no call. I left a message on Tuesday with another worker GLADICE that had been working with me since January, she got back to me on Thursday and said she would have answers by noon that day well today is Friday and still nothing. Im leaving this in hopes they will learn to be more diligent with their clients they have. ALL I WANTED WAS YOUR FIBER INTERNET. extremely sad we have had the run around with you guys. Will be avoiding vv store and will go to FF for now on if I have issues. UPDATE STILL NO CONTACT FROM GLADICE AND SHE HAS READ MY TEXT. DO BETTER VACAVILLE

My 85 year old mother has an obscenely expensive cell phone bill so I take her and her phone to this store. They explain she has 2 phone lines on her bill though she's never had more than one cell. After some lame excuses, my mom said she's never done business over the phone and always at this store. The employee then said she believes that over 3 years ago, they offered her a temporary discount for a 2nd line that would result in her bill being less temporarily. Some quick math shows that my mom has been overpaying $60 each month for over 3 years for a line she's never needed or used. $2160 wasted dollars. I tell said employee to remove the line immediately and find someone to compensate this obvious case of elder abuse. I'm then told they can't do it and to call 611 once I get home. Someone in that store should be prosecuted for fraud. Ridiculous!!!!!

Please do not visit this location for any types of services. We recently had a terrible experience here with Suzie and her assistant manager Ray. My daughter went here to switch from Verizon to AT&T because she wanted better service while she's at the Air-force base. The point of sale was 1/5/24 . She told my daughter if she trades in her phone she will receive a 700.00 dollar credit towards the purchase of the new iPhone. My daughter advised her that the back of her phone was cracked and asked will she need to get her phone repaired before trading it in and Suzie told her ; no, if you fix it. It will cost you more and it does not matter because you will still receive the $700.00. Before my daughter actually moved forward with the sale she asked her again. Will I receive the full $700.00. She proceeds to the computer and looks at it to double check. (supposedly) and stated yes. She then tells her you have 30 DAYS TO TRADE IN THE DEVICE because my daughter had to order the iPhone 15 in pink. After she received her new device on the 11th. She went back to the store to trade in the old phone. Another representative assisted her and told her you only will receive $300.00 you will need to come back when Suzie is working. She goes back a few days later. Suzie plays forgetful and ask her; did you tell me the back was broken?.. like what!? Now you don't remember our entire conversation???? Yes I told you. She goes to the back of the store and speaks with the manager on duty, Ray. He never came from out the back. He never addressed the situation to my daughter all he did was send Suzie back to tell her. We have to give you whatever the system is saying: I then call the store and ask to speak with him. He had no clue what was going on. He never even logged into my daughter's account to check the transaction. All he said was I understand your frustration. To me that was not good enough especially coming from a so called "manager ". I just didn't understand why was he so nonchalant about the entire sales process. After the fact I told him I been in the cell phone industry for years and I understand how a transaction is processed. If the sale was done correctly at the point of sale it wouldn't have mattered when she came back to trade in the phone because the deal was already done. Either Suzie did not enter her IMEI at the point of sale or the deal was different when you shipped the phone. His explanation makes no sense at all. If the deal on JANUARY 5th 2024 was a 700 for trading in a phone as a new contract that's what should have still been honored after the fact. He acted as if he did not care even though it was a 400.00 difference. He did not care his sales representative Suzie dropped the ball. I asked for his district manager email and he gave me some bogus email address for Angela Chapman
[email protected]. I sent her a email and still have yet to receive a response. On top of all this my daughter told Suzie the liar she will be returning the phone and going to another company. She said okay. She never mentioned if she ports her number they can not return the phone at the location. My daughter goes back the same night to return the phone and was told. You know it's a 50.00 restocking fee. My daughter responded to that representative saying; she was not doing that. Why is she now responsible for a restocking fee when Suzie the liar dropped the ball on the entire transaction including the return process. After she stated that to the representative. She proceeds to the back of the store once again to talk to the manager Ray. After about 15mins she come back and say she will email a label so you can send your phone back via mail. I personally believe that was done because Ray did not want to compensate the restocking fee. This store is a complete amateur store. Obviously this behavior is coming from the top down. It was no accountability taken, no apology given. He didn't even say he will discuss this with Suzie. I had to tell him he needs to have a one on one with her and she n

I waited over one hour in half just to buy a old school flip phone for my grandmother while two AT&T employees hung out by the front door greeting customers so I ask if one of them could’ve ring me up to pay so I can leave they said I had to wait my turn which is basically my name on there“walk in list” this store need better customer service if you choose to come here make an appointment and make sure your an authorized user on their account

Came in to add a new line and Paxton S. helped me with my transaction super seamlessly. He was knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. He was patient and made me feel like a human by being able to hold conversation! He asked me lots of questions and tried his absolute best to get me the best deal to cater for my needs and wants. Often times people in sales try to manipulate you to get things you don’t need, but I was not worried about that with Paxton. He showed me different options that were out there, but did not pressure me into anything that I did not want. We need more workers like that. I hope this review is seen and he gets recognized.

Suzie was AMAZING! So patient and helpful. Her knowledge of iPhones, iPads & Apple Watches was phenomenal. What a great employee and a great store to visit for all of your ATT needs! I made an appointment and she took me right away and we started my process. I needed a lot of things done and wanted to purchase some items. This wasn't a quick process but all the employees made it pleasant to be in the store. The employees & store manager were all very professional, polite and helpful. Suzie was dynamite! I recommend using this store!

Susie was extremely helpful and patient with me especially with the situation I was going through she took her time with me and assisted me very well. Every question I had was met with a swift and confident response. She was amazing and helped me fix my problems in less than 30 minutes.

We were initially helped by a young lady who didn't even introduce herself and it seemed she didn't want to be there. We came back after 15 mins and were assigned to Dontrail. He was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of our questions and made our experience great. If we run into any issues with our phone, I would definitely like to speak with him. Need more people like him who are willing to give great customer service.

This is the least helpful ATT corporate store I have ever been to. All the employees are sitting down chit chatting and don't bother to say hello when you enter. They will continue their personal conversations until they are ready to help you. It is bad experience going to that location and I will never step foot in there for anything because they are so unhelpful. From iPhone launch day to 1 month later the store is awful.

I recently went to this location to have my cell phone ungraded and was helped by Oscar H. He took the time to explain all my options and calculate my costs for my new phone. Oscar also was able to make some modifications to my account to bring my bill down with changes to my insurance. He explained he’s been there for a long time and it shows. Oscar took great care of me and I highly recommend this location. It’s very neat and orderly and comfortable.
