I came yesterday, July 12, to buy gas for my car and I asked a white boy for help, with very little beard, sparse, I asked him to come to my car to check what gas I need, he asked me for the year and model of my car and He gave me the wrong gas, he didn't want to come to the car… today, July 13, I came to return the gas because the connection is not correct, this time he told me, let me check your car and I told him: that's what I asked you to do yesterday and you didn't want to come outside, he came and checked the car and read a label, and said, this gas is not for you, now I had to go back and waste time and gas, I spent one more day without AC, thanks to this boy who doesn't do his job well, just because he doesn't want to do it. ??

I drove 30 minutes for a part that was supposedly available. I was told that the part wasn’t available upon arrival and I would have to drive back 4 hours later. Customer service rep was nice though. They need to fix their system to avoid wasting peoples time.

Chris was great! He helped me out in the 110 degree weather to figure out what was going on with my car’s AC and showed me what to do.

Great team of guys here! I didn’t have the tool to install a battery and they let me borrow one. I did the swap right there and they didn’t mind it at all. Very helpful with a couple other socket wrench pieces I needed and gave me advice on taking out the old battery and installing the new one. Recycled my old battery too.

Awesome service and wonderful technicians guided me on how to get my car working normally again
Robert and Eli both were very courteous and knowledgeable about cars, and were able to figure out and pinpoint why my car was acting up.

Battery died, thank god AutoZone was open at 8:25pm. Had help in replacing the battery.

Jacob G is amazing!!! I was nervous walking in as a women, I came in looking for lights and a battery for my car and key fob. When I walked in he greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable. I asked for what I needed and he went above and beyond by helping me put my new lights in my car and helping putting my battery in my key fob!!!! I am so thankful for Jacob! He made my day so easy when I thought I was going to have a ruff one!!! This is the place to go for anything you need regarding your car! Smooth and easy! Thanks again Jacob you are a lifesaver.

After a negative experience at a rival store which was closer to me, I went to the Auto Zone on E. Monte Vista, I was greeted by Miguel, a young man who listened to my issue. He looked up and found the precise product that I needed and even offered to get it off the shelf for me. I declined his offer and got it myself. But when paying for it Miguel double checked it to ensure that it was the correct product for my truck. The customer service here is head and shoulders above the other store. And they have the right product!

Went to the store at around 7pm to have parts replaced under warranty. The parts I needed were 2 ball joints for my 2004 civic. They only had 1 in store but Chris, which I believe has been a manager in this store for quite a while now, was able to help find the other ball joint i needed in the Nut Tree branch. At first, the store did not show that they had any, but he pretty much knew how the system works and was able to guide the new manager at the Nut Tree branch find the part that was already there but was just not added to their inventory yet! A true team player manager, Chris! Thanks for helping me get the part and not just sending me over to Fairfield! You're the man!

I Went in to autozone in vacaville to get a new battery . Maurice rang me up and was so friendly and welcoming . Eli was great and was able to change my battery out quickly even offered to check the alternator. Didn't seem irritated to do it at all either (for a ladies especially this a big deal for car stuff) . Highly recommend coming here if you want good service with friendly staff and happy help staff that are willing to help! 10 out of 10.
