Can't get no better service than this store right here! Mike is absolutely the true meaning and definition of Excellent and Great Customer Service and Care! This gentleman needs to be acknowledged in all ways possible! I've got zero to negative zero knowledge about cars, and coming into this store, he was helpful, respectful and genuine in helping me figure out what I needed for my car problems. In and out in no time, he was very informative and made sure I understood why I was getting what my car needed! Thank you very much Mike! The rest of the staff that I was able to meet as well were awesome too, Jennifer and Kenny! Anyone who comes to this specific store here in Vacaville should definitely ask for Mike and allow him to help! Thank you Mike!!!

The store manager Mike goes above and beyond for his customers I cannot recommend this location enough!! I locked my keys in my car and Mike spent almost an hour helping me in the rain. This team really cares about its customers!!

Came from another AutoZone and they refused to replace my battery or even check it because it is difficult to get to. I went to this location and they were more than happy to help me and replaced it for me even though the battery was hard to get to. Super helpful. Recommend going to this location on Tree Nut RD.

this place is a dump, I went in last night around 8:15pm and the 3-4 employees were eating food and wrappers and food were spread all over the front counter and around the registers where business is to take place with customers. They didn't bat an eyelash and kept feeding their faces, like I was interrupting their living room dinner time!. One of the male employees was eating french fries with his dirty fingers, then proceeded with his unclean greasy hands to touch the mouse and use the register/computer equipment. The other female employee who came from the back with battery and told me it was old and wouldnt sell it to me, was eating a cup of ice cream while talking to me, then setting it down and picking back up and eating while talking to me. There is a break room for eating and times for taking a break and it's not when your in front at the counter serving customers. This is unacceptable behavior and should not be tolerated -they all should be fired. This store is unsanitary, unclean and run by a bunch of slobs called employees, and reflects very badly on this AutoZone store. O'Reilly is much more clean, professional and have competent respectful employees.
