This place has to be a complete joke, right? Not only does the screeching voice of the assistant manager grate on your nerves, the customer service doesn't exist. Nita, Anita, whatever her name is ... Jesus, for the love of God, turn it down a notch!

After depositing my hard earned money into my account with Bank of America i have to wait until Monday to pay my bills that are due today(Friday) because this is there normal procedures i was told from the teller. Because it is not there check they hold your hard earned money. That's pathetic do not sign up with this bank! Also they charge you 15 dollars for a cashiers check i had to pay my rent and do it by check and they steal 15 bucks from you. That's even more pathetic. Stay away from this place and specifically this bank! They close the lobby 15 mins early and sit around and talk until there off work

Have had an personal checking account for over 40 Years and now they won't honor checks drawn on account with $15,00.00 in it. Told to close account & open new personal checking account, as my account is now classified as business account, so not approved for personal use, and they still hold my $15,00.00. They then congratulate my for my long relationship with them. WORST BANK EVER!Sent letter to CEO, got NO RESPONSE!

Quicker than most BofA because it's hidden but overall decent. Only thing I found inappropriate is that when u deposited my chEck with I guess the manager orr other staff, she had a handheld device and did it via tablet. Totally fine with that except when I gave my account number, she said every number out loud and then the names on the accounts. (Also during peak hours where there were a good 20-25 people in vicinity). I know she is verifying but I wrote down the numbers and she could look with her eyes and not announce it to the world. You are a bank. Respect people's security and privacy. It's also a bank account! Geez.

For the past five (5) years I have paid a bill directly into the account of a business I use via direct deposit. After 5 years of doing this, I'm told that because I am not on their account I am unable to make a deposit I have made to this at this bank for 5 years. This by far is the worst bank I have ever used right now there are 2 tellers and 20 people in line. In my opinion issues like this is always a management problem. The only reason I go to this bank is because it is the bank of the vendor so use and they require payment directly in their bank, which means now I have to go to my bank get a cashiers check and then go to Bank of America to deposit it. A total waste of time and the lack of teller doesn't help. BOA must be struggling financially so maybe that's the reason for the lack of personnel or they are to cheap to hire adequate help for customers. I'm glad I don't personally bank there.

A nice bank to start your credit. Reliable and secure. Friendly personnel. I wont mention the other bank I visited, but this bank is way more better than the other leading bank just my opinion though

My brother had an account at B of A. He recently died without a will. As his only living relative I am taking care of his small estate. I notified them of his death on 12/14 and asked the account be notated as such. I just found out that they honored a transaction through PayPal on 12/27. I notified them it was fraud and asked to file a claim to recover the funds from PayPal. Sorry, your not on the account. However without being on the account or going to court, they cut me a check for everything in his account. No stars for this financial institution.

This place deserves NO stars. I only come here to cash my pay check and pay my rent. I came in here with 3 money orders. Two for $1,000 each and one for $100. My landlord notified me and told asked me if I only deposited $1100 and I told her no. I look at my receipt and sure enough! The teller completely missed one of my money orders! I had to go back and ARGUE with the teller about it! She finally found my money orders and played dumb. On my paychecks, it states "no fee check cashing available at Bank of America" I have been cashing my checks for months now. Well, now they're trying to charge me an $8 check cashing fee because I do not have an account. They're saying the no fee check cashing is only available at their main branch in LA. What the hell? So I asked to speak to a manager and I've now been sitting here 20 min. The teller that "helped" me, left her window and ran up to her manager and whispered a bunch of nonsense to her. We have yet to speak to a manager and I feel they're intentionally ignoring me! I am so happy to be at a credit union!!! I will be contacting corporate Monday morning!

Still feeling the effects a month later from the unprofessional manner I was treated by the female "assistant manager ". The short version is my account was scammed..when to bank to get help...she laughed at me and never apologized! Her native workmate was just as incompetent. If it was not for Tony I would have had a panic attack. Not only did I use to work for this Bank 20 years ago but also had an account longer. Will be closing my account this month! Rude and incompetence is what this new group of people is about!

I recently moved here and needed to do some changes with my account. The service I received was outstanding! Not only did the banker help me with my every need but the staff was very friendly and courteous. I do have to mention it was a busy day and a lot of people were waiting for a banker but needless to say I didn't have a problem waiting. Glad this Bank of America is here!

Got here at 1:37pm and there is only one teller staffed. 4 people in line in front of me and I just walked out 20 minutes later with three people still in line in front of me. Wasn't greeted by any of the consult bankers, no apology for the wait or reassurance. This location needs to staff more people to accommodate clients needs and reduce wait time.

I have had personal account issues with B of A in the past and would be grateful if I never had to deal with them again. Unfortunately my company banks with them so I am here 3 times a week. The lines at this location are always insane. Often they wrap around the whole branch. Why in the middle of the afternoon do they ever only have 1 or 2 tellers?

Honestly, I try to avoid this location as well because you'll get stuck waiting in line. It's not always the tellers fault, sometimes its customers that like to sit at the window for 10-15 minutes a piece. I've never seen more than 2 tellers at a time, and recently I was 6th in line yet still stood there for 40 minutes. There was a guy that came out to ask if he could help anyone in line, but then went back to walking around. Decent gesture but how about instead of having a rover just asking people if they are ok, hire another teller to keep the lines down. I'm not sure if its policy or not to only use 2, but I've gone at random times, and always waited 30 minutes or longer. Time is money

The wait time wasn't as bad as people stated. I went on my lunch and was in and out of the bank within 5-10 minutes. The bank tellers were pleasant, fast and efficient.
