Terrible customer service. We waited in line for 10min while only one cashier was helping someone with something. Had to ask if they could ask someone else to help check us out. After another 5 min I just left. This isn't the first l,second or third bad experience here. I didn't know what I expected

Some things are in stock. If you are looking for cameras they are very limited. We did not find much in that department.

I have to give the customer service here huge compliments. In the several occasions I've been at this location, never been disappointed with the kind service. Most recently came in with a computer issue. Big thanks to Clyde from the Geek Squad who was able to remedy my issue in a matter of minutes. I've bought my laptops and washer from this location and was able to pick from a variety of brands and for good price. It's my go to shop for electronics.

Went there because it said they have an item in stock. They couldn’t find it and said same thing happened a few days before where they couldn’t find that same item. Sooo, update your inventory ! Wasted an hour round tripIn addition, they said next closest is Elk Grove and they have 1Tried calling Elk Grove (916 number) and only got put through to a generic person on the east coast who says it’s in stock but no way to physically get ahold of the store or check unless if I waste another hour driving there for a “maybe”This is exactly why people shop on line and if Best Buy doesn’t fix it they’re gonna go underWhat a terrible waste

Really nothing to say. Looked at backup cameras in the back corner of the store. No one offered to help or answer questions. Left without speaking to anyone.

Be aware that Best Buy has a 15 day return policy. I asked 2 different employees when I could return an item prior to a purchase and they both lied to me.

Probably the worst experience I had with a place that claims to be a computer repair place. I told them a very specific issue, why it’s happening and paid them to fix it. Not only did they not fix the problem but they told me the solution was one thing and then another thing after the first one didn’t work. Maybe don’t advertise as a computer repair place if you don’t actually know how to determine what is wrong or how to fix it.Only good thing about this experience is how friendly the staff is…

The man named John at geek squad was such an amazing help and provided the most excellent customer service I have experienced I brought in my laptop with some trouble and he helped me with everyone and helped recommend me a new laptop! Very appreciative

Hard to find an associate to help you. When you do, they are usually knowledgeable.Pro Tip: When asked about a product, don't pick up the box and read the back... Customers can and probably already have done that.Seems like it's gone downhill over the last couple of years.The cancelation of the rewards program made me purchase here less often.
