It was a nightmare to deal with them. Went to pick up my vehicle twice. And it was no ready (missing parts, missing paint, the trunk didn’t closed, huge gaps on one side, skewed trunk cover). On third time they fixed it, but I was able to leave a body shop from 3rd attempt (warning sign was on dashboard, low tires pressure on left side, bent trunk lock loop, rear turn and stop lights were disconnected). And they left a lot of plastic dust after everything under rear window.

Found Caliber on my Google search and was extremely happy with the customer service from the day we took our car in for an estimate to the day we picked it up. The young man assigned to my car called me with updates almost daily. Our repairs were complicated, but he took care of everything no problem! My daughters car looks amazing! She has a 2016 black Honda which I am sure was not easy to color match, but they did a great job!

They refused to do independent estimate based on new parts prices until they are sure whether the insurance company associated with you is their partner or not, so as not to violate the interests of this partner insurance company. And if so, they will refuse to provide you with a repair estimate based on new parts, they will do it based on aftermarket parts.

I give these guys a one star all bad forgot things on the quote painted my wheels different color and left one not painted knew about it then try to lie in my face about it didn’t call me regular about vehicle ram sacked my trunk left a lot of dust in the vehicle Justin was the service writer not a happy customer and know have to bring the car back water more of my time 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
