My parents inherited various jewelry, coins, stamps, letters/mail, china - random things that we didn’t have any knowledge about. I reached out to the Clipper Cargo team and Morgan got us scheduled for a material evaluation.
Ted and Morgan are very welcoming and passionate about providing great service, building genuine connections with clients, and incredibly knowledgeable. Between Ted and Morgan, they were able to explain every single item I brought with me. It was impressive! Morgan specialized in the coins and jewelry testing and Ted was quick to help with reviewing and teaching me the history of the vintage stamps, letters, unique china, and other random trinkets I brought in.
Thank you to the Clipper Cargo team for a history lesson and your passion in providing unique and customer-focused service! I feel valued, informed, and that I was paid beyond fairly for the materials I chose to sell. I look forward to my next visit!

Will make you feel unwanted if you don’t make an appointment. And will make your time there uncomfortable.
Older grey-haired lady behind the counter is just rude. Brought in some silver to sell, lady behind counter pulled out several pieces that she said weren’t silver.. she reprimanded another employee for previously not doing her job.
minutes later the owner tested the pieces and verified that they were real. Taking my business elsewhere.

Went today to deposit some coins at my bank, the teller pulled one out and said it looks collectible. Long story short, I see it selling on eBay for 2,500$ the exact one I have. I’ve never been to this antiques/coins place before, and wanted to see if it was something they might look at and maybe see if it’s worth anything at all. (I didn’t know it was even worth anything less than an hour before) The old woman behind the counter, quite literally laughed in my face, absolutely embarrassing, and said no it’s not worth that and wouldn’t even look at it. They should definitely learn some manners and customer service, because I can guarantee I will never be back and will NEVER recommend to anyone ever after being embarrassed like that. I came in with wanting to at least maybe learn something about this coin, even if it wasn’t worth anything and maybe find out what to look for, but left feeling extremely disrespected and belittled.

Wow wow WOW! Amazing!
I had a lovely experience here. I needed to sell a collection after a friend stole all my money. The level of proffesionialism at Clipper Cargo was top notch, the customer service was amazing and they were all VERY friendly. The shop displays were phenomenal, with lots of entrancing things to look at or buy. Most importantly, the pricing was super fair and honest.Negitiating was quick and respectful, and I feel I did not get ripped off a single cent! Thank you Clipper Cargo!

One of the ladies is super helpful and has a bright smile when she bring me coins but the other lady looked so ignorant and very not going towards me it’s like I was talking to a wall. I would give it a 5 star rating if the other lady was nice but I gave it a 2 star. My experience in that place is not good overall. I felt offended in that shop. I was talking till one of the customers started talking to the rude lady, and when it gets my chance to start talking, I felt like I was talking to air. Everything was going well, when I see coins I like to buy until the checkout. Very rude lady. I will not go over there again!!!!!

Ssooooo many neat things to look at! The jewelry is gorgeous and one of a kind, everyone is knowledgeable about the items in the shop and willing to share their encyclopedic knowledge ? It's a great place to buy coins, jewelry, or something unique

I am very unimpressed with the professionalism of this establishment. I have bought coins, sold coins, and sold a baseball card to this place in the past. When I went in today, I showed the guy working there an expensive coin I wanted to sell. He began to look in some books and then looked on the computer to see what the coin was worth while he was doing that. I asked him if I could look at the coin book that he was looking at earlier that was sitting on the counter next to him. His reply was, “No” Then, a few seconds later, he said you don’t trust me. That’s the only reason you would want to look at that book. I replied, “You’re being very rude right now,” I stood up and started to walk out. While I was walking out, He brought up a baseball card. I sold him in the past and said I barely broke even on that baseball card like it’s my fault he overpaid me on it. I understand you’re in business to make money, but you don’t have to be rude, and I don’t see an issue in wanting to see the book you’re getting your prices from. Trust, but always verify. That’s how you avoid getting ripped off.
