We had a really good experience with everyone at commonwealth. The house was nice and any repairs were made in a timely manner. We left the house clean and got our deposit back. I'm not sure what else we could ask for. After purchasing a home we also used them to manage our home. They did a good job and the house was returned in great shape when we moved back.

If there were an option to leave a zero stars I would. Crooks! Terrible people w no idea about real life and only in it for the money.

I'm relieved to no longer have dealings with this company. Debi raised our rent without any notice, and her unprofessionalism and poor responsiveness made the experience even more frustrating. I strongly advise military personnel against renting from her.

I thought this would be a good management company as they were very thorough during our walkthrough moving in. However, they have been very unresponsive when we report needs of repairs, such as a badly leaking roof, a light switch that stopped working because of age, and broken plumbing. Often we don’t even get ANY response. Very disappointing.

Linda, Debi, and Dee are such wonderful people! We just bought a home, but we had been renting through them for just about 8 years. We've never had a problem with them. They are fast at responding to any questions, concerns with the property, and getting someone out to fix any issues we had. I highly recommend going through them if you need a property manager to maintain your rentals. They're also a realty company. So, if you decide you want to buy or sell, they can help with that too! Thank you ladies for the years of great service!

Linda and her company is great. I rented through them. They always answered the call if I had problems. She always followed through to make sure things were handled and to make sure I had what I needed. If I ever need a rental company for a house I own, I will definitely be using Linda

Commonwealth Property Management has managed my properties in the Fairfield/Vacaville area for almost two years. Linda and Sue are a professional team, who know very well the rules/regs of the real estate business. They are very detail-oriented, and they ensure that all the nuts and bolts of the rental process are covered. This is extremely important in this era of high litigation. Linda and Sue are also diligent in the cost containment area; they have a great number of professional contacts, which help ensure that property improvement issues are resolved in a cost-effective manner. I have been impressed with their persistence, hard work, and market knowledge to such an extent that I recently requested Linda's help in selling one of my properties. She completed the sale in a record time -- at above-asking price! I would definitely recommend Commonwealth for both the sale and the property management.

Linda is the best! If you want someone who will go the extra mile for you then Linda is the right realtor for you. We have bought two homes and sold one with her representing us and she is truly amazing. She always puts her clients best interest first and is honest and very knowledgeable about the real estate industry.

Commonwealth Property Management, have been managing my property in Vacaville for over 7 years. They have always provided me with up to date information on what is going on at my property at all times. They are also very proactive when needing to market and find renters. Sue, has been tremendous while I've been living out of state and has helped me when I've needed things sent to me over email or mail. They are very friendly and accommodating and are honest people. I'm glad I've chosen them for my property management needs. Thank you!

My wife and I came from the Paradise area after the fire in November of 2019 wiped us out and left us homeless. We found Linda and Sue of Commonwealth after months of searching for a new house and they worked with us to get us in our rental home. They have been on point if something has needed fixing with quick response times and they have been very accommodating. Commonwealth was our saving grace. Thanks Linda and Sue for everything you do, and for your expertise and professionalism

Linda and Sue are the best. I rented a house that they managed for a little over a year and had a great experience. The house was well maintained and never had any issues.

This company is a complete rip off. It's not uncommon for property management companies to deduct money from the deposit for "repairs", but you always expect some of it back especially when you ensure to leave everything in great status prior to returning the keys. If I knew they were going to find bogus deductions I would have never spent as much money as I did to get the house ready. From paying to get the carpets washed professionally, leaving the house spotless, to repainting walls that needed a touch up. Not only will I not be receiving any of my deposit back (which surpasses 2k) they "found" things that need to be repaired to charge me on top of everything. I don't recommend renting any place managed by this company. If you decide to take the risk don't be surprised when you don't get your deposit back.

This is the most unprofessional property management to go threw. Being charged for stuff that was already broken when I moved in and Linda Lossman will sit an lie about replacing stuff that she never replaced. My deposit went from 1875 to 808. She always has to make sure she gets something out of everything. The property management is greeedy. I moved in nothing at all was renovated there were holes in walls paint chipped off the corners no shleves in the fridge. The apartment wasn't even clean because old tooth brushes an seasonings from food cabinets were still in cabinets. I had worms coming from under my carpet because there was a leak. But somehow I got charged for all that. I paid someone to come clean the apartment prior before moving out but still got charged for a cleaning fee. As well being charged for shelves in the fridge that was already broken when moved in Linda claims she bought new appliances and gave them to us but never recieved it. She actually sent a guy to are house to see if he would build something out of wood to hold are food up in fridge but the contractor wouldn't do it because it was a health risk for mold in fridge. So we went without shelves for are food for the 2 1/2 years we lived there. Not to mention Linda has a horrible attitude she doesn't care at all. Only thing s cares about is making people pay for homes that aren't close enough to even be worth it. Be ware before moving in, make sure you don't let Linda get over on you. As far as your response Linda, the carpet would fall under the category of normal wear and tear as per the state of california, the blinds were cheap an barley damaged. The blinds in the living room only cost 25 at Home Depot. If that's all someone can say to keep over 1000$ of your deposit. Paying someone to clean dust out of a closet. Amusing. And going threw a family crisis an someone coming to my house threatening me an I called the cops thank you Linda if you really want to get technical. Linda was looking for reasons to put us out the first two weeks we moved in. Linda paint an lil holes that I patched up before moving out is wear an tear an so is the carpets. Linda wants to make a excuse why she wants to keep most of your deposit. Just greedy broke down and unprofessional. Let's not forget to mention she will ask you to fix stuff in your home so she doesn't have to pay a contractor just cheap. The way she acts is just disgusting. I definitely recommend anyone put this on the last of listings to look for a home. You would only be playing yourself.
