Manager is beyond rude. Never coming back here again. I was looking for a nice couch and maybe some pillows and they were filthy. Waited for an hour just to ask a question. Never coming back here again

I really like Crate & Barrel and have purchased furniture from the company many times. I don’t mind paying a bit more for high quality, but wow! This outlet store was awful. 90% of the furniture was severely damaged and still priced extremely high. Not that I would’ve bought a chair with a broken legs anyway. Don’t waste your time, if you’re looking for a deal, the thrift store or habitat humanity has furniture in much better condition. Dishes were nice, but still priced fairly high for outlet store. In summary, we felt a bit insulted. Crate and Barrel thinks their missing door, cracked frame cabinet is worth $1,400. What a joke!

Great outlet. Well worth the stop I go there so often it's a little embarrassing. I've paid full price only to see the same item at the outlet 60% off with no damage! The staff are great they work really hard. It's sometimes hard to get a service provider to pick up items in the 2 day time frame (I live about 45 mins away). I got a larger car recently and now can take home aLot of stuff and they always help out with loading which is above and beyond. Much of the furniture is undamaged. The problem I notice is that they allow some items to sit for too long snd they need to move inventory out quickly because it seems like it gets the most damaged while being in the store. Parents allow their children to step and put their hands on all the white furniture. I love children but this furniture is not yours - it puts the staff in a tough position when parents let their kids jump on the couches. The store has a lot of cb2 products which i love I'd buy more but then I would have to open a store. My idea is just to more regularly note what items are sitting for a long time. I saw an ottoman months ago I would have bought today and it's still there at the same price and looks so bad. It must be a tough position but it's better to get items sold quickly than not at all or having to discount because of damage sustained in the store. The store is well worth visiting.

My husband and I had been searching for a new dining room table and chairs for our home. We walked into Crate and Barrel and were immediately helped by their associates Angie & Ana who were extremely helpful ! We left having purchased a table and chairs and are very satisfied with our purchases.

As I've been a big fan of the merchandise that Crate and Barrel sells out of their various locations (many of which are adjacent to a shopping mall), I was hoping that the "Crate and Barrel Outlet" would have some screaming deals that are hard to pass up. Boy, was I wrong! This location is at the (quieter part of the) Vacaville Outlet stores off of Nut Tree Rd. and Nut Tree Pkwy. in Vacaville, CA.Parking was a breeze, even on a Saturday afternoon where I happened to find a parking spot directly in front of the building. At first glance, this place looks like a giant warehouse with an endless amount of merchandise. But as you look closer, much of this merchandise looks as if it's been returned from one of their main retail locations (which I'll get into detail a little bit later). Here, you will find an abundance of sofas, modern furniture, tables, kitchen appliances, dinnerware, rugs, lighting, bedding, bath products, pillows, vases, well, you get the idea. As I mentioned, this place is huge and is actually about the size of a department store with plenty of square footage. And just about all of the merchandise is the product that is for sale on their showroom floor. However, upon further inspection, quite a bit of this merchandise is damaged with knicks, stains, and scratches; especially on the sofas, sectionals, and chairs. The same goes for some of the artwork and lamps. There were a few pieces that looked really nice but on one very nice vase, part of it was broken! But here's the dealbreaker... The prices are around the SAME of what you would find at a regular Crate and Barrel store. And this supposed to be an outlet store. Either way, I came here feeling enthusiastic and ended up leaving empty handed and rather disappointed. However, the customer service here was good as a few different employees asked if I needed help finding anything. And I get it, they don't have any control over the product line as this is pretty much sold as-is. But I would thoroughly look over everything carefully. Because what you see is what you get. With that said and done, I am giving the Vacaville "Crate and Barrel Outlet" store a below-average two star rating.

What happened to this favorite outlet.Despite the friendly staff- the place is selling literal trash. At the front door a filthy, torn couch. The place is filled with broken furniture at ridiculous prices. These items would be $30 at Goodwill...not $1,300Why do they bother to ship this crud all over the place... just donate it to a shelter or recycle it... Insulting to customers and surely am embarrassment to the hard- working staff

So here's my story: 2023 , I took my family to Cebu ,Philippines for the first time... while I was in Cebu I really wanted to bring back home a capiz shell pendant light .. I was willing to pay special shipping to take it home too, BUT I never saw or seen any!!! I searched every time we went to a market or mall!!!Then when I was at crate and barrel outlet last weekend in Vacaville, hiighhhh up in the corner , in a box , on the highest shelf of the warehouse floor was a big box with a black and white drawing of a pendant that looked like it could be a fixture similar to capiz.. So I had someone come out with a ladder to take it down... before she could open it , on the side it said : made in Lapu-Lapu Cebu!!!! Scored on a 60% discount off a gorgeous Capiz chandelier!!

This is a great store to save a bit of money with high end items. There is furniture, chairs, dressers, TV stands on the other side of the store or chairs, dishware and just about almost everything you need. And the customer service was nice well.

The finds here are hit or miss, just like any outlet. The staff is friendly and willing to help you. Only reason why I didn’t give a five star is because some items come from the store directly but aren’t marked down.

LOW QUALITY PRODUCT AND IRRESPONSIBLE STORE!!We bought a chair and cost $150. After 2 weeks it broke and I failed to the floor when sitting. We found the crack already existed before we bought and it was glued and hidden inside of the cover which was not possible to find out. We went to store again with 90 miles driving and the manager named Amanda said they never check the quality but our buyer needs to take charge of all quality issue as it’s final sale even it’s been hidden. So you can image you buy a sofa/chair/anything you cannot detect it’s inside there. It’s not possible for you to cut and open the skeleton inside. And then you found its skeleton is broken before you bought it and the store glued it perfectly - which you are not possible to find out. And the store doesn’t take any responsibility of its quality issue. Crate and Barrel doesn’t take charge of the OUTLET store either.DONT GO. It’s waste of your time and money.

Non-existent customer service. Worker's didn't greet or offer any assistance. They were too busy socializing with themselves. Go to "Hello! Furniture & mattresses " instead for better service and prices.
