BUYER BEWARE The phone price at this store is NOT the same as Cricket phones at their website. This store sold me a $200 phone for $350. I screwed up by trusting the staff at the Alamo store. I called Cricket and they said they are NOT responsible for the actions of their stores. Called the store and complained but in the end felt sorry for the poor woman who has to work at a company that doesn't care about the reputation.

If I could give this rating zero stars I would! I went in about 2 weeks ago. When I walked in the store no one greeted me or offered to help both ladies were on their phones. The store was FILTHY! It seems like they haven’t cleaned it in months, the display phones had nothing but fingerprints all over them and a bunch of dust on the shelves. When I asked for the store manager, surprisingly I was talking to the store manager herself. However the way she was you would not think this was store manager at all! She was being very standoffish and giving off a rude vibe like she did not want to help me, Anytime I would speak to her she would continue to just be on her phone instead of having direct eye contact with me. …. Never would I expect this experience at a cricket store due to my past experiences at other stores being great. However i’ll never recommend this one!

On Jan 18th I went into the store on Alamo Dr. to pay my bill. I spoke with Brian (sp?} and told him I wanted to upgrade my phone to unlimited. He helped me, charged me $69 plus $1 for something, so I paid it. Before I left I asked him I was all set and would pay the $80 next month. He said yes. Two days later on Jan 20th, I got a text from Cricket telling me I had to pay $11 by midnight or my service would be cutoff. I went back to the store to get this issue resolved, this time I spoke with Natalie, told her what happened and I wanted to pay the additional fees. She got on the computer and sat there not saying a word. After waiting 10 minutes I asked her if everything was all right, she said she was on the phone with Customer Service and had 4 more minutes of wait time. Another 15 minutes went by without a single word coming out of her mouth, I again asked if everything was ok. She said I would owe the $11 plus and additional $4 for processing fees. I said no, this was your mistake and the four dollars should be paid by the store, this was not my mistake but theirs. She told me because I was paying in person I had to pay, At that time I blew up, that girl was rude, and her customer service skills were horrible. Someone needs to have a long talk with this person and tell her how to treat customers. And while we're on the subject, I think it's just terrible to charge customers a ridiculous fee just because they pay in person. Some of us are old school and like to go in and pay in person. I would give this store a half a star if I could
