This store has a long ways to go to meet the already low standards of CVS stores across the state

There is a reason this pharmacy has horrible ratings the pharmacist has a power control issue. CVS is a wonderful pharmacy but they need to weed out the pharmacist that think they need to control what doctors say. The pharmacist lies and says the doctor made notes that he or she didn't make

I needed a couple of prescriptions filled and used CVS closes to my home. I really like how no matter how busy they are they always make me feel like their only customer. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast but not like their shoving you out the door. Thank you CVS pharmacy for always being there to help me out.

You need to retrain your employees. She was very rude and and looking at the disabled person I help with disgustingly when he needed help with photos. Totally unnecessary!

Been going here for many months for routine prescriptions. I have no complaints, as they've always done things well.

Not sure what their phone issues are or if they purposely act like they can't hear you when you call. I called multiple times, their automated part un stood me just fine. Then when the store associate answered, they don't even give you time to say hello before they're saying "hello, hello, hello?" Over and over without even waiting for a response, and then they immediately hang up on you. Starting to understand why they have such a low rating overall.

I have been a long time loyal customer of CVS pharmacy but, after today’s visit, I will be changing pharmacies. My son had gone to Urgent Care today at 2:20pm and was diagnosed with the flu. My husband asked me to pick up his prescription after work. I got to CVS at 4:20pm, waited in a 10 min line only to find out that the lady at the register told me that she can’t see his prescription from her screen and that I would have to wait in the consultation line to have someone look it up. I waited another 7 minutes in the consultation line only to be told that CVS had not yet grabbed the prescription from whatever database they needed to because they have been extremely busy. They found the prescription but the lady said that the pharmacist was busy doing flu and COVID vaccines and they just didn’t have anyone filling prescriptions at that moment and it would be a 30-45 min wait. The lady apologized profusely as I heard everyone in the pharmacy doing constantly with all of the angry customers that had been waiting over an hour for prescriptions. To top it off, they had the drive-thru open which took another employee to work. The staff were all professional and apologetic. The problem is that they are understaffed and overworked! This store is too busy and understaffed to have a drive-thru, vaccine clinic as well as filling prescriptions. I’m so tired of seeing how stressed the pharmacy employees are. Meanwhile, sitting in the “vaccine area” was a dad with two small girls, all coughing up lungs. The kids were coughing non-stop without a mask, covering their mouth with their hands then touching everything in site. After 1 1/2 hours, around 6pm, my son’s prescription was ready. Right before my name was called, I had just watched the same dad and kids go up to the pharmacy register and pay. The kids hands were touching everything. Nothing was sanitized the entire time I was there. The workers don’t have time. I pulled a Kleenex from my purse, put sanitizer on it and wiped the credit card machine down, knowing I had to use it next. I made a comment to the cashier telling her I wanted to sanitize before I used the machine because of all the germs. She agreed and told me that’s why they wear masks. My Kleenex was black by the time I was done cleaning. This is unacceptable! It’s not just this one time, although this was the worst I’ve ever seen it. The pharmacy employees are set up for failure and that’s not fair to them or to the customers. I just can’t watch it anymore.

If I could give this Pharmacy (-) star, I WOULD. Long wait and bad customer service are what they're good at. I'm not sure how this pharmacy has been surviving the whole time but please please don't ever go there. I've wasted my entire day waiting for my mom's medicines, she just had a dental surgery and in need of medication to sooth her pain but they kept us waiting and waiting. I had to have the dental place transfer the prescription to a different pharmacy and thanks god, the service here was way faster and nicer! This CVS pharmacy service has to be improved asap, otherwise, please close it down!

I do not recommend either Vacaville CVS pharmacy's for any vaccines. I made an appointment for my 90 year old aunt. It is extremely difficult to get a 90 year old out of the house. This expends so much of what little energy she has. We arrive at the scheduled appointment time only to find they are closed for lunch. Why is this appointment time an option then. I needed to get to work so we left. They told us we don't need an appointment and their sigh says "Walk in's are welcomed" so once again I muster up what little energy my Aunt has and take her for a walk in only to be told I need to make an appointment and we were turned away once again. This Pharmacy does not have their act together do not waist your energy and go elsewhere!! You can see they already have a low rating.

Wow! Franklin in the pharmacy is rudest person ever! I called for a prescription that was sent a week ago but they were out but never heard anything so I called. The guy I talked to was friendly said he would check and see if it came in and sure enough he said it had and it would be ready in 45min. I headed down got there few minutes before they closed. Franklin says " Were closed!" Were close at 6pm on the weekends!" "I'll take you!" "We close at 6pm so try to get here on time!" I said " sorry " So he got my prescription and continued to say again we close at 6pm so try and have some respect for our time!" I told him " it has nothing to do with having respect for your time I was told it would be ready in 45min so got here as soon as I could not knowing the weekend hours. "Oh ok!" This is the second time this guy popped off to me and I will be changing pharmacies. This guys a real piece of work! After him looking up my name grabbing my prescription everything paid it was 6:02pm you can see the receipt photo.

Great customer service. I feel bad for their pharmacy employees they are always understaffed and seem to be busy all the time. This CvS has a very good selection of products and if you ever are craving Cinnamon granola they got you.

Drive thru zero stars. Inside pharmacy perfect. This is the second time I've gone to the drive thru pharmacy and waited several minutes. Finally went inside to a line of four to five folks. Watched the drive thru and the same vehicle was still there by the time I got to the counter. It's rediculous CVS let's folks clog up the drive thru line letting vehicles wait when they should tell them to come inside. The lady at the counter was great and always is. She's very informative and friendly.
