Reading all the comments, I offer an observation: sometimes the pharmacy is overwhelmed… OK, probably often. Walk-in is better than drive through and try to go there when there are less customers. Check google maps to find out when the pharmacy is busy. I’ve had great experiences. I’ve also showed up, saw it was a bad time/day, and then walked out to try again later. I know a pharmacy should always be ready. Have compassion for these folks and be glad that you don’t work there

They deleted all my insurance info out of the computer system and then blamed me for the issue. Now I have to go there to give them everything again. Like WTH cvs!!! I really want to stand in those long lines you have with one cashier today.

I usually don't ask for help since everyone is usually "busy" I even use the express checkout to not be a nuisance. I ended up asking to see if there was a restroom available for customers. The employee seemed annoyed and asked someone else to help. The person seemed new, which is fine. She told him to grab the restroom key and open the restroom for me. I thought cool it's locked so usually those restrooms are fairly well kept. As he opened the door there were paper towels on the floor, just trash everywhere. The toilet seat was up and you can see a smear of fecal mater on the seat, with urine in the toilet. No toilet paper, no seat covers. Surprisingly they had soap available given the disguising condition the bathroom was. I figured I would tell the restroom need attending, but it seemed that I only annoyed them. They lack a lot there, especially in customer service and appearance.

This particular CVS doesn't pay very good attention to what you are asking and has very poor customer communication. It's conveniently located but just not the best for customer service and experience.

This store has a long ways to go to meet the already low standards of CVS stores across the state

Worest CVS in Vacaville. They don’t know anything the easy way they did we don’t have and we can’t see in the system many times I went there for doctor prescription and they mentioned they don’t have it and when I asked them where can I find it nearby? they mentioned we can’t see it in the system ( Tylenol for infants ) . Another day I went to get the COVID test on my insurance they mentioned they need a prescription when I talked to my friend pharmacist in cvs another city she mentioned they don’t to work

As someone else mentioned, they are severely understaffed so you’ll find yourself waiting very long here, even in the drive
thru.
