I visited this DMV location, for the very first time, a couple of weeks ago. I went during the afternoon, so luckily there wasn't a long line just to get in the door. Organization could be better at this location. Upon entering the building, I did not see any designated location for those that made appointments, so I had to join the main line (which was only 2 people ahead of me) just to check in. I received number and just sat in the uncomfortably small/narrow seating area. After I was called and handled the paperwork, I was told to go to the photo area, which did not have a clear distinction where the line was. Customer service here was great. Most of the employees were friendly and helpful, which helped me get in and out of there as quickly and smoothly as possible. Overall, my DMV experience here was quite pleasant. With better organization and clearly marked spaces, this location has the potential to be a well-oiled machine. Oh yeah, hopefully they make the seating in the waiting area a bit larger and more spread out as well. 3 out of 5 stars.

Definitely informative and helpful. This DMV does have an ADA compliant testing area with braille throughout the facility as well as wheelchair height death that is served by a DMV representative. They do have ADA compliant restrooms and our wheelchair vans fit comfortably. You accept appointments at this location and of course Zenith NEMT can take you there!

Usual DMV pinheads fun the place. Unfriendly, unapologetic. No appoints for Getting an ID. So we sit and wait. All forms filled out on line, yet we wait for a stupid picture because the DMV will not make an appointment here for a picture, that's it a picture. For an ID, not even a DL. It only took an hour to take his picture. Horrible

Long lines as expected if you don't have an appointment. I should have done the application online which would have been faster I believe. The REAL ID will be mandatory in 2025 they said so get ready!!! Be prepared to wait. We had to wait about 55 minutes Once we got to window 2 the dude gave us the wrong transaction. We were a regular first time ID only and he processed a DL instead. So we had to get back in line and do that again which added another 15 minutes. Then he charged us $45 which I think is the wrong price. Online price said $39, so I will try to get that back next week since we went there on a Friday afternoon.

The staff members are courteous, professional, knowledgeable. There is a line but it seems to move a little fast. Also there is plenty chairs to sit down. I also like the numbers that is placed on a screen to let a person know their number has been called and it tells you what Department of Vehicles Representative will help you . Everytime I have gone inside DMV in Vacaville. It seems like always impress with the service. Keep up the very good work. ?

This location is inside an outdoor strip mall with plenty of parking. Have to say I was impressed at my recent trip to DMV. The young woman doing the initial triage was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. With no appointment my wait wasn't bad. The lady who completed my transaction was also nice, helpful and made suggestions. She had trouble printing my registration documents but her neighbor came over and saved the day. Overall a pretty decent visit.

The worst experience in my life. Not willing to read their own paperwork. Unable to act on the information they clearly have. 200$ to replace a lost license? Make a disabled person stand an hour before you can't do YOUR job. job.bconsidered a discrimination
