I always enjoy shopping at your stores, but this time you didn't have what I needed. I needed some pants and there were very few options to chose from, and I was slightly disappointed. I ended up picking up some of the $19.99 tee shirts 👕, so my trip was not a total loss. Maybe next time I'll use your website for future purchases. I'm still very grateful to your store for having clothes for big dudes. 😀

Walked into the store. It wasn’t busy the clerk was helping a gentleman, and she seemed to be the only one in the store. I found a sports coat I wanted to try on, but it was on the top rack. I couldn’t reach it without pulling it off the hanger and leaving the hanger on the rack. So I went to clerk, waited till she acknowledged me, and asked if I could use one of the many extension hooks that were next to the cash register station. She said that she would have to get the coat for me as soon as she was done with the customer she was helping. I turned to my mother, who was sitting down, as she asked me what was wrong, and I told her that the clerk had to get the coat down, that I wasn’t allowed to get it myself. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to use one of those hook extensions, and I’ve used one many times before. She came over, got the coat I asked for and went back to helping the customer she was helping when we came in. The coat I tried on was a little too big. So rather than bother her again, I just pulled another coat down until I found the right one. I wound up pulling two coats down until I found the right size. I apologized to the clerk about pulling two coats down, and I told her that the policy about not letting the customer use the extension hook was ridiculous. We bought the sports coat I wanted and left.

I took a friend from out of town to buy some clothes there.
The staff was wonderful and so helpful. Big shout out to everyone who helped us with fittings.
The prices were very reasonable and the fit of the clothes was excellent.
I thought my friend looked so much better when he left because of their fittings and attention to

Great store love the Manager I think her name is Daniel love the one guy that c works there too. Hate the corporation and how they treat there staff and prices. I worked for this company and they are garbage to work for

I have gone on to separate occasions. Just in the last month . Both times they were closed and I had to come back later. Why are they closing the whole store down for a lunch break . I had to waste money on paying for rides to get there to find out they are closed. Just to waste more money to have to go back once they are open again.

The entire store went to lunch and closed at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. Doesn’t say much for their business model. I was impressed with the locations they have in Maryland, Florida and Virginia. If this company wants to help itself they need to fire the entire staff at this store and start over. I just spoke to a couple that came up and tried the door to the store and then told me that the staff have done this before and that they usually are gone for 3-4 hours when they close like this. DXL, sit up and take notice! I am very disappointed in your store discipline and am debating whether or not to visit your store again.

The Vacaville store has ongoing problems with their computer. Several times in the last 4 months it has been cash only for purchases. The workers admit that they have a lot of issues. Also I have tried to purchase several muscle tee's only to find out only one is in stock or out of stock throughout the year.

Selection is pretty good but hard to find what I was looking for. Went on a weekend looking for a particular style of shirt which I couldn't find. A staff of three 2 of which looked pretty disengaged as I passed close by. 3rd staffer/cashier looked busy and just didn't want to bother her.The store layout just felt like a giant clearance bin wasn't appealing overall or made me want to come back.
