Eddie Bauer is great because they actually make my size, Large Tall. Most companies don't make tall sizes, and if they do, they charge more. EB doesn't.

I love Eddie Bauer! I shop at the Outlet in Vacaville very often, however I have had a few bad experiences shopping there lately, Today I stopped by to get some t-shirts and the store manager "Seada" (I only know her name because the employees were talking from across the store) was texting on her phone and having very loud obnoxious conversations with the employee that was there, she did not seem interested in helping me or any other customers in the store, and when I finally got a chance to butt-in and ask a question she was rude and interrupted me several times, the store looks empty like they are going out of buisness, and very unorganized and it's hard to find my size, other times I have been in there it seemed like she was shopping along with the customers! I couldnt help but ask if they were going out of buisness and she gave me a mean look and said "no! we are re-merchandising the store" but it's looked empty for months! The customer service is poor and I felt like I was bothering the employees by needing help! It's not like it used to be and that's a shame because it was one of my favorite stores!

The only negative of our experience here was a very disinterested staff member who made us feel like we were just a bother to her.

Most of the men's clothing is so overpriced to begin with that it's still much too expensive for the quality after deep discounts. A $5 pair of flip flops for $28 after 30% is taken off the $40 price on the tag remains a rip off.
