LOVEEE the new management. Also my nails have never look so amazing ever! I got a pedicure and a full set exactly the shape I wanted. Lyn was super sweet and gentle on my nails. I can't wait to go back and see them again for my fill.

The customer service was okay I went on a Sunday and they were not busy. I got a full set nails feel off three times one was within 3 days all the nails feel off within the week pretty much every nail feel off at least once. This is horrible I spent $45 and gave a $3 tip acrylic nails should not be falling off this easily!! The gentleman I was given must not have used enough glue. I am upset I wanted my nails to look good for. Amy took care of me twice and fixed the nails that feel off for FREE. However, I noticed today the price says $35 for gel nails I got charged $45 for gel nails that is a $10 difference. The manager was not in or I would have asked because price stated is different then what I was given. I went in again after 4 nails feel off 2 on Saturday 1 on Sunday and 1 on Tue Amy was not there the gentleman that originally did my nails wanted to charge me $30. Why would I pay him more money when they keep falling off. The elderly man is money hungry I feel bad not giving Amy a tip but I will NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN & I WILL TELL PEOPLE NOT TO COME HERE! The place I went to was much cheaper and said she's been in the industry for 30 years & never seen nails that feel off so easy they were very thin & they just put on the color powder. This place has lost my business, Amy was nice and remembered who I was and tried her best but I can't go somewhere that is money hungry and nails fall of within days and doing little things like opening a truck door or walking the dog or adjusting the seat in your vehicle. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT MONEY AND QUALITY!!!

This is my third time here. After my first visit, both times I have walked in the door and been greeted by name. I can't tell you how much that means to me. I'm not just money to them, I'm a person. It's always so peaceful in here. There's a tv, but it is not loud or distracting. Sometimes I just want peace and quiet. And this place delivers. And know how many nail salons have that smell to them? That slightly astringent smell that we have all just come to accept and expect when we walk into a nail salon? I usually adapt rather quickly but for the first first few minutes it is always overpowering. I tell myself that three minutes or olfactory horror is worth the bliss to follow. Well, this place? I have never smelled that. Just clean and fresh without the burn!

All I have to day is I absolutely will never return. The lady doing my nails was obviously inexperienced. She attempted to take off my existing pink and white set instead of doing a fill. She hurt me so bad I ended up walking out and went to another salon with half of my nails removed.

I went here today with my sister for Valentine's Day mani/pedi. They did a very great job and really took their time. We did upgrade our pedicures so we had stone massage and paraffin wax!! I am excited to come back and do it again soon.

I just got the worst set of acrylic nails ever. They came out super lumpy and uneven. My thumb nail was curved off to the side. I'm just shocked that anyone could think this was acceptable and leave it that way. Every Time I looked at my nails during the experience she would just repeat that she wasn't done. The paint job is also horrible. I showed her a picture of what I wanted to try and she assured me she could do it. They came out nothing at all like I wanted. As my husband stated, he could have done better. I was so upset by the time it was done that I didn't even want to try and deal with them to get them fixed. I ended up driving to Ulta and buying a nail file and trying to fix them myself.

I was happy to find that they were able to take me right away. When I sat down I explained what I wanted. I had long acrylics which I wanted cut down and sanded really thin. No fill. I'm weaning off the acrylics and wanted a thin layer to keep them a little stronger. Which for some reason she did not understand and her co-worker had to help explain and figure it out. Finally she starts. Every single finger she worked on got hot from the tools and I pulled away several times. She left two of my nails with broken tips and did nothing to smooth them out. During the application of polish she would paint one nail, then have me put that hand under the light. Same thing on the other hand and so on. Took forever and none of the nails had enough time under the light to cure properly. She was very sloppy with the polish as well. Needless to say I will never be coming back here again.

First I do want to say when the old management owned the establishment I heard all horrible things about how they treated employees. Still I always had a great pedicure. Stopped going because of it. When management changed I decided to give it a try again. I called and spoke with someone and asked before I came in an hour and a half ahead and told her my situation. I had something previously planned and had to leave by a certain time and it was my fault I was scrambling to find someone who could accommodate me. I asked if they could if I showed up within 10 to 20 minutes because I live down the street. They told me to come on it. When I got there, the gentlemen had me sit down. I informed him of what was going on. He had me pick out my pedicure which I told him standard which the pricing was 25. I even told him all I need is a French tip pedicure without all of the extras. Just a soak a scrub and paint. By the time I left the gentlemen was so rude and ended up being 41 dollars. I was so astounded that a 25 dollar pedicure was over 40 when I asked him to pretty much do half of what came with it. Unfortunately I couldn't see not tipping him and left by giving him a 10 dollar tip. For a pedicure that should cost 25 I ended up spending 51 dollars. I will never go back and my pedicure is already chipped. I'd rather go pay someone else to fix it then go back there. I was horrified when I left. It's sad because all I did the whole time they fit me in was thank him. I can't ever go somewhere and be rude it's just not my nature. Also mind you they had 2 other people in the salon getting pedicures and over 5 or 6 employees.

Easily the best nail salon in Vacaville. I have tried a lot of nail salons (actually almost all of Vacaville's nail salons) and Eiffel Tower Nails is the only one that consistently impresses me. They take time to make sure I like the way my nails look and they don't become offended if I ask then to change something. Also... The leg massage I got while having my pedicure done almost put me to sleep... I definitely recommend Eiffel Tower Nails.
